*** This is a recreation of the Quamat Episode***

Haseena informs a constable ordering him to take Rani and her accomplice to the MPT while she took KS to her home. The ride was bathed in an uncomfortable silence with tension gripping both Haseena and KS.

KS looked at Haseena, her lips pouting as she winced in pain. Haseena's breath hitched, her eyes laced with worry at KS's condition. She parked the car near her house and gently led KS inside.

She made KS sit on the sofa while she rushed to bring the first aid kit. KS removed her jacket and Haseena gently bandaged the wound, her fingers trembling at the sight of blood. She gently led KS to her bedroom and helped her to a comfortable position.

"Madam Sir...." KS called out, her voice a hissing steam. "Where is Ammi?"

"She went to Mumbai for a few days. KS, take some rest. I'll handle Rani at the station and come back" she said as she turned to leave.

"Madam Sir..." KS started, straightening herself with difficulty. "Are you angry with me?" she asked, her teeth clenched to bear the uncontrollable pain.

Haseena turned, the harsh ridges round her eyes mellowing yet she quickly regained her stoic composure, her gaze directly piercing KS.

"Take some rest KS."

Haseena left leaving KS in a whirlwind of emotions and thoughts. She leaned back, the wound in her back screaming in pain. She slapped her forehead, cursing her actions.

"What have I done?" she murmured.

KS knew that she had committed a felony. She knew that it was only due to madam sir's grace that she had been saved. KS gritted her teeth, a course of pain jolting through her nerves. She found it unbearable that she had messed up once again, that she had broken Haseena's trust. KS leaned back, closing her eyes, the tears freefalling down her cheeks.

"I will amend my faults madam sir, please give me a chance."

Haseena stood in her jeep, staring at her house awhile, her heart fluttering. She sighed, her mind recalling the extreme blood loss that KS suffered at her expense. She slapped the steering wheel. KS had sacrificed herself to save Haseena. How could she leave her alone at home? She cursed herself. But Haseena's anger overpowered her guilt. She knew that KS had betrayed her uniform, that KS had betrayed Haseena by taking up Quamat's form. That was unpardonable, Haseena thought as she stepped on the accelerator, completely oblivious to the storm that was brewing in KS's mind.

Haseena arrived at the station, informing the MPT team regarding the case. Haseena composed herself revealing only what was necessary, not disclosing of KS's identity. She gulped, the lump in her throat growing as she fed lie upon lie on her team.

Puspha Ji stepped forward, gently tapping Haseena on her arm. "Madam Sir, where is KS?"

Haseena stared at her, taken aback in surprise. "Puspha Ji, she's resting at home. She got hurt."

Puspha Ji's eyes widened in horror, stumbling back in her steps. "Madam Sir, is she okay?" she asked in between breaths.

Haseena stepped forward, holding her by her shoulders. Her gaze mellowed into Puspha Ji, reassuring her with a brief nod.

"Haan Puspha Ji, there's nothing to worry. It's a minor wound."

Puspha Ji nodded her head, sniffling back her tears, sending a silent prayer. Haseena looked at her team once before strolling towards her cabin, the toll of the day invading on her.
