yes what? you're making no sense right now, miss." i asked because i don't wanna assume anything. she's not answering me so i decided to look at her. keep in mind, we're still leaning our heads with each other so when i looked down at her, i immediately thought it was a bad idea when i realized how close our faces were. i tried to act unfazed.
"you're not answering my question." i said looking at her.
she looked up to face me and i can smell the cherry scent of her lips again.
"i said yes."
"yes to what?" i asked still confused.
"yes to you, dummy."
"yes to me what?" i said still asking.
"now you're just playing dumb, baby."
BABY?!
"baby??" i suddenly sit up straight.
this girl is making me feel all sorts of things. confusion and now butterflies again.
"yes, baby?" she said with a teasing smile.
"you're making me crazy." i groaned.
"crazy over me, i hope." she said with a smirk.
"please just answer my question." i jokingly begged her because my heart can't take her flirty advances anymore and i'm sure as hell my face is turning red at this point.
"you really are a dummy." she sighed.
she faced me and held my hands.
"okay, listen."
"i'm saying yes, yes to you." she spoke.
"..."
"we're together now and 22 is gonna be our anniversary because i think it's a pretty number right?" she spoke again.
she said yes.
"or should we make it 23?"
she said yes.
"hmm, i was also thinking about 28 because it's a pretty number too."
she said yes.
"what do yo-"
she kept talking while i'm here left speechless so i cut her off with a hug.
she said yes.
she hugged me back with the same intensity.
"no take backs." i said softly, still hugging her.
"also, 22 is good for me." i added.
she giggled.
"22 it is." she said as she hugged me tighter. a few seconds of silence until she spoke again,
"sorry for making you wait for 3 months."
"it was worth it. you are worth it." i reassured her.
the next thing she said made the butterflies in my stomach turn into a whole damn zoo.
"i love you."
we hugged for few more minutes, just feeling each other's warmth. everything just felt so right.
although i was not willing, i let go of the hug and stood up.
"let's go home?" i asked extending my hand.
she gladly took it, "let's go home."
hand in hand as we walked towards my motorcycle. we threw few glances at each other here and there.
