Chapter 01

Here he is. Looking at his own reflection on the mirror while wearing an expensive watch. Within a glance, both girls and boys will fall for him. They will worship every ground he stepped on. Why not? He is young, handsome, smart. Not only that, he's the CEO of "Park Company" and the founder of "CB industries", Park Chanyeol.

"Son.....come down, breakfast is ready."

"Yeah......."

Chanyeol gave a simple answer after fixing his suit and come out of his room. But eventually stopped when he remembered something. He forgot his phone and car keys.

"When will you stop forgetting your car keys Channie....? ".

That voice. That pouty look. That sparkling eyes. Chanyeol still remembers it all. But it all has gone. He wished Just one more time to hear that voice, to see that face. He desperately wanted to see him. But he can't.

"Why can't I still get you off my mind ?"

He left a loud sigh looking at his car keys. Then he went back to the dining room after getting his things.

Everyone is not so perfect, so like him. Chanyeol is not perfect, because he has a broken heart. He lost his happiness,  long time ago. Because he choose a wrong move by himself resulting two broken hearts.

In the dining room, There is Mr. Park with his wife and his daughter. They all are waiting for Chanyeol.

"Sorry, I'm bit late again." Chanyeol said while sitting for the breakfast with his family.

"It's ok son.  have a lot of work and responsibilities on your shoulders now."

Mr. Park gave him an eye smile.

"Just take a break Chanyeol. You've worked hard enough for the company more than me."

Chanyeol didn't answer. Instead he dig in to his food.

"Anyway son, Do you know Mr. Do?"

This time Mrs. Park. Chanyeol only nodded his head not giving a glance at his mother.

"His son is a doctor. So I prepa........"

Mrs .Park was cut off when Chanyeol slammed his fork on the table.

"Omma....!!!!,Please not again. I had enough with your blind dates."

The other two gave each other a knowing look.    Seems like it is a usual fight in the morning.

"Why? Soo is a good son, smart and very decent. He is really your type."

"Soo or whoever, My type or not, I don't care. I won't do that anymore. "He sighed for the second time.

"Ok, then. This is the last one right dear ? Please do this for your mom Chanyeol-ah?"

She asked while getting his son's hand on to her palm.

"That is the same thing you told him last week omma"

Their one and only daughter 'Park Yoora' meddled with their talk to save his little brother. She was paid back with a simple glare from his mom.

Chanyeol sighed annoyingly. 

"Ok omma, I'll do it for the last time for you and I want to see the end of these things after this."

"Thank y...."She couldn't complete her words as Chanyeol stood up from his chair and went out for the work. He already lost his appetite.

"Yeobo, Please don't force him. Just give him some space. In these past years he only worked and worked. Besides he is suffering from all the things that happened to him."

"I just want him to be happy. I just want to complete his life with a perfect spouse yeobo. But why doesn't he give it a chance? Is he still thinking about that gold digger?"

Mr.Park didn't say anything. It's better to keep shut his mouth than arguing with his wife.

Chanyeol threw the file carelessly on the table after signing it. He is so tired with all of the things at work. Managing Two companies is not a simple thing anyway. He caressed his temple annoyingly.

"What's up man? What's with the tired face?"

Chanyeol gave a glance at the person who talked to him.

"Go away Kai. I know what you are trying to do. Sorry but it's not working."

Kai sat down infront of Chanyeol 's table.

"Chanyeol It's your company. You have to come for the interview as the chairman."

"You are the CEO there. So just do whatever you want."

Kai crossed his legs while glancing at Chanyeol.

"Come-on man, it's just a temporary position. Besides I have my family company to look after."

Chanyeol didn't say anything and Kai stared at him before talking again.

"You didn't come to the company for a long time. Why don't you care about CB anymore? It's your dream company. Isn't it?

"Being friends in US for years, Kai knows how his friend is. But he can't help it. He knows something is bothering for the latter and he is keeping it to him self. At first Chanyeol wanted nothing but to build up his own dream company. But with the time he didn't care about it much for some reason.

"I can't think about a way for the company."

"Don't tell lies you brat. You have told me that you had a good project for the company. Then why so sud-"

"I'm not interested in anymore Kai. I'm gonna give up on that project."

Kai couldn't believe what he heard. Then what the hell his friend was doing for fucking years? He wants to shout at him.

"WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU THINKING"

Chanyeol didn't say anything. He looked at the ceiling in his office without any emotion while resting his head on his chair. Kai left a sigh.

"Just think about that twice. We came this so far Chanyeol. Ok then you don't have to come, I will do the interview by myself. So you won't mind whoever I choose right?"

"Thanks and I believe you."

"OK then. I'll leave now"

But Kai stopped on his way to look at his friend one more time when Chanyeol is messing his hair.

"Mother came up with a new blind date. Am I right?"

Chanyeol looked at Kai as surprised.

"How did you know that?"

"It's nothing. I just guessed. You always mess your hair when you have a blind date."

Kai shrugged his shoulders. Chanyeol gave him a smile for the first time of the day. After all, Kai isn't his friend for nothing. Actually it wasn't a smile, but a dirty smirk.  

'Oh! What's with the mood swings? '

That's what Kai wanted to ask. Chanyeol stood up and came towards his friend. He put his hands on Kai's shoulders and stared at him with a face you know what to do.

"Then help me in this time too."
