The Mines - Part 1

The elevator descends with Drake, Maria and the rest in it. By that point, the Figure had been yanked off to another area. Leaving the elevator falling at such a high speed.

After a while, the elevator would land.

Drake: "Ugh, where are we?"

Maria: "I could ask the same thing right now.. This place is just vast."

Bacon: "Are we finally out of the Hotel?"

Maria: "I think we are.."

Bacon: "Good."

Bacon gets up and Noob, Jeny and Jay do the same.

Bacon: "We'd like to thank you for helping us leave the basement and the Hotel, but, we can't come with you."

Noob: "That's true, Harold's relentless when it comes to hunting people in larger groups."

Jeny: "It's not just him, but it's also the fact that supplies and hiding spots were probably made for a maximum of 4 people. Having more people could risk death or worse."

Jay: "We thank you again for helping us, but now, we have to go."

Drake: "It wasn't a problem at all, we just did what we had to."

Bacon: "But please, remember us!"

Maria: "Don't worry, we won't forget you guys!"

Noob: "Goodbye!"

Bacon, Noob, Jeny and Jay leave the crashed elevator and start looking for the next door.

Drake: "There they go... Now what..?"

Maria: "I guess we should leave as well. The longer we stay, the more risk we have of dying."

Drake and Maria also leave the crashed elevator and look around.

Drake: "It looks like we're in some sort of mineshaft... Not sure which hotel has this, but I guess this one is an exception."

Maria: "Yeah, this place just keeps getting stranger. I wonder how Curious knew this through his subfloor confines.."

Drake: "Maybe like Guiding, he used to be a human like us and knew about this place before he died.."

Maria: "That makes sense.."

Just then, the two see a generator fuse on the ground.

Maria: "Hey, what's that?"

Drake: "I don't know."

Drake picks up the generator fuse.

Drake: "Looks like some sort of fuse, even though it's not the one used in Door 100's electrical box."

Maria: "I think it might be used for something else."

Drake: "Maybe, but what can a specific fuse like this power?"

Just then, the two notice a Generator and head over to it. Upon arriving, they saw an elderly man who looked to be around his late 40s or early 50s laying near the generator.

Drake: "Hello? Sir, are you in there?"

Maria: "Please, give us a response."

Just then, the elderly man stirs and looks around.

???: "Huh? Where am I?"

Drake: "That's what we were thinking ourselves. It looks like some sort of mineshaft."

Maria: "Yeah, but say, what were you doing here? And who are you?"

???: "Ah me, I'm Null. And what I was doing here. I think after I left the Hotel, I blacked out near this generator or something."

Drake: "Null, I see. So, you've also been to the Hotel as well?"

Null: "You bet I am. Where should I start, really?"

Guiding Light: "Null! There you are!"

Null: "Guiding!"

Drake and Maria stared in shock. This is the first time they've seen Guiding Light in a human-like form.

Then, Guiding Light pulls out a container with glowing blue pills.

Guiding Light: "I'm so sorry, I forgot to give you your meds."

Null: "It's fine. You at least remembered to give it to me today; that's all that matters."

Drake: "Did..did you see that..?"

Maria: "I did.. I can't believe this is happening."

Guiding Light: "Oh, hey guys! I didn't see you there!"

Drake: "Guiding? Do you know this guy?"

Guiding Light: "Of course! He's one of my old friends."

Drake: "Well, then it's nice to meet you, Null."

Maria: "Yup. I'm Maria and he's Drake."

Null: "Likewise, it's nice to meet you both too."

Back in the Hotel (The Rooms' entrace, specifically)...

Hyojin: "So, Curi. How do you like your new form?"

Curious Light looks at himself, now in a human form.

Curious Light: "I guess it's alright. But seriously, Hyojin. What happened to your arm? It's cracked!"

Hyojin: "So, you see. After I bought the Starlight from you, I used it to poison Harold's tea. That guy didn't suspect a thing. And when he woke up, he saw that I helped them out. And, the rest is history."

Curious Light: "I see. But now with that crack on your arm, things will get harder for you. And, well..."

Hyojin: "Don't worry about it. I'll manage just fine. Also, now that you're in a human form, people are much less likely to suspect you."

Curious Light: "I guess I never thought of it that way. But now, what about the cameras?"

Hyojin: "Don't worry. The cameras won't work here. The Hotel, I mean."

Hyojin: "The cameras switched to what's underneath, or should I say The Mines..."

Curious Light: "Oh, I see. Then we need to get there!"

Hyojin: "And fast! We don't know when the first entity will attack, so we'll have to get there as soon as we can!"

Curious Light: "Well, what are we waiting for? Let's get there!"

Hyojin and Curious Light run out of the room and head straight to Door 100!
