Ku deadpanned at that while Osamu can't believe what he just said, "Huh..?!"

"I'm not a neighbor. I'm 100% Japanese." Yuma tried to make things more clean and understandable.

"That sounds very suspicious!"

"If I'm a neighbor, I'm making stuff up. If I'm Japanese, I'm suspicious.." Yuma looks like he was having trouble thinking about something.

"So which is it?!"

"I'm a nei.. I mean, I'm 100% Japanese."

'Uhh. When will they stop? The others would make a scene if I don't come home early.' Ku thought before he sighed and spoke up.

"Hey, what do I do now?"

The other two stopped to turn at Ku who was looking up at them boredly.

"What?" Ku asked, clearly not used at the staring

"Why were you eves dropping in the first place?" Mikumo asked as he tightened his grip on Ku's wrist.

"I'm not. I'm just walking around and saw you guys talking over something. I didn't hear anything else." Ku explained though again. This kind of reasoning looks like doesn't work on them though.

"Oh really? Walking around the forbidden area? Doesn't sound like you Akabane-san." Mikumo said suspiciously as he looked forn at Ku. Well, he knows don't know Ku that much other than the fact that he's quiet, he loves playing on his phone and he is smart. But he also knows he's not that stupid to go near the forbidden zone.

"Oh really?" And here's this feeling again. But, Ku could swear for real that this time, he saw it for real. 100 percent. He saw from the very corner of his eyes, how Yuma's iris changed from white to black. "You make up the stupidest lie."

Silence

"Ah, I see. So that's how it works." Ku sighed as if he finally got something he couldn't understand in the very first place. "Yes. I heard some of your conversation. I also saw how you defeated the Bams- neighbor, about how you don't work for the border, about you being a neighbor, and how Mikumo here used his trigger."

Ku noticed how Mikumo immediately tensed up."Don't fret. I mean no harm. As I said, I just happened to be walking around the area. I'm actually on my way home, my house just happened to be near the Forbidden area, until I saw the gate opened so I went there. Again, I mean no harm. All secrets would be kept as a secret. If that's what you want."

Ku raised both his hands as if he was surrendering to the police. He then turned to Yuma who happened to be looking seriously at him too. "You can tell if I'm lying right? Go on."

Silence

"Hm..." Yuma suddenly paused. Then a lowed growl could be heard.

"I'm hungry. Let's go eat something."

Ku and Mikumo deadpanned.

"At times like this? Really?"

"Do you even have Japanese money?"

"Don't worry, I do. I haven't used any of them yet though," Yuma said and started rummaging through his bag. He pulled out a big wad of paper, known as Japanese money. 'That's so many though. We almost have the same amount of money.'  Ku thought.
