{1} The Party

"But Sky, I don't wanna go!" I whine as one of my best friends Skyler proceeded to pull me off my bed

"You have to!" She yells and I turn to my other best friend Beverly

"Bev! Help me" I groaned and she huffs before turning to Sky

"Leave the girl alone if she doesn't want to go. To be honest, I don't want to go either" Bev scolded Sky making Sky drop my leg that she was previously tugging on. I just continued reading my book.

"Oh come on! I didn't know my friends were such losers. I never ask for anything, can you guys please do this for me?" Sky practically begs and I gape

"You? Never ask for anything? You've got to be shitting me!" I exclaim

"Language!" Bev yelled and I rolled my eyes. She was the most pure of the group. Never cursed or did anything remotely bad in her life, besides going to some parties. It's not like she did anything at the parties.

"Guys, come on! It's Halloween and this is said to be the biggest party of the year" Sky rambled and I pursed my lips

"I thought you said you were going to give up parties ever since the incident in high school?" Bev asks and Sky frowned

"I know, I know. But, this one is too good to resist" Sky says pouting and I rolled my eyes at her

"If we did go we don't have anything to wear. Isn't it a costume party?" I ask and Sky's face lit up with a grin. Oh dear.

"That's why I'm always prepared" Sky announces and walks into her closet, Bev raises her eyebrow and closes her laptop, probably waiting to see what catastrophe Sky was about to show us. I close my book, bookmarking the page and sat up on the bed.

"Ta-da!" Sky sings and throws a bag on the bed

"What the fuck is this?" I say and Bev gives me a warning glare for cursing. Sky huffs before sitting on the bed, next to me and grabbing the bag. She opens the bag and pulls out what looks to be clothes. Then she stands back up and takes an article of clothing from the pile of clothes. She holds it up and I feel my eyes widen along with Bev's.

"Is that supposed to be a dress?" Bev asks as I analyze the skimpy red leather material in her hands

"Yes. It's a devil costume" Sky says looking offended and I scoffed

"Good because you sure are going to hell if you wear that" I smirk

"Shut up. I like it" Sky says and waves her hand nonchalantly. She puts down the dress and I notice she put a headband that had devil horns or some shit on top of the dress. That probably went with the outfit.

"I guess, I'll wear that costume"Sky says and I raised my eyebrows

"Did we say we're going?" I ask

"You will go because you guys love me and would do anything to make me happy" Sky says smiling and I groaned along with Bev.

"Fine" Bev replies agreeing for the both of us

"Yay!" Sky cheers and claps her hands together. After she's done doing her victory dance she picks up another piece of clothing from the bed and shows it off. I guess this one is a Greek goddess or something. It was a long white dress with a slit and a golden belt. There were also some accessories that came with it, like a gold bracelet and a thing to wear in your hair. I liked it because it wasn't too showy.

"I call this one!" I yell but I was seconds after Bev who yelled the same thing

"Aw come on!" I face palmed and Bev laughed at my despair
