ROCKY BLUE, CECE JONES, FLYNN JONES, CJ MARTIN, CHRISTIAN POWERS, & FENWICK FAZIER are preparing for auditions for Shake It Up.
CECE: Alright everybody. We're only accepting dancers who meet the Golden Age of Animation rule or are from Classic Comic Strips from 1920s-1970s or live-action Nickelodeon & Disney Channel characters from 2000-2017. Let's get started!
TWILIGHT SPARKLE, FLUTTERSHY, RAINBOW DASH, RARITY, PINKIE PIE, & APPLEJACK walk up to the dance floor but are immediately stopped.
FLYNN: (annoyed) Oh no. It's those ponies.
FLUTTERSHY: (confused) Wha...What's wrong with us?
ROCKY: (annoyed) Look, you don't meet the requirements.
CECE: (annoyed) And you six are really annoying that you're on the forbidden list.
RAINBOW DASH: (offended) What! Are you serious? Those songs are awesome! They bring friendship and harmony!
CHRISTIAN: (annoyed) Maybe, but they're just... a little too much for us here.
APPLEJACK: (offended) Well, I reckon y'all don't know talent when you see it!
PINKIE PIE: (annoyed) Fine! We'll take our "annoying" songs elsewhere!
TWILIGHT SPARKLE, FLUTTERSHY, RAINBOW DASH, RARITY, PINKIE PIE, & APPLEJACK turn and trot out of the studio, visibly offended as ROCKY BLUE, CECE JONES, FLYNN JONES, CJ MARTIN, CHRISTIAN POWERS, & FENWICK FAZIER exchange relieved looks.
ROCKY: (relieved) Well, that was... interesting. Who's next?
COUNT DUCKULA walks up to the dance floor.
COUNT DUCKULA: (excited) Alright. Are you guys ready to see my moves?
ROCKY BLUE, CECE JONES, FLYNN JONES, CJ MARTIN, CHRISTIAN POWERS, & FENWICK FAZIER look at each other in sadness.
CJ: (apologetic) I'm sorry Mr. Duckula. You don't meet the requirements.
COUNT DUCKULA: (sad) Aw man.
COUNT DUCKULA turns and walks out of the studio feeling sad.
ROCKY: Another character who doesn't meet the requirements. Who's next?
ERICA GOLDBERG walks up to the dance floor with a guitar but also gets rejected.
ERICA: (confused) What do you mean I can't join in?
CJ: (apologetic) I'm sorry Ms. Goldberg. You don't meet the requirements.
ERICA: (angry) Damn it!
ERICA GOLDBERG turns and walks out of the studio, visibly angry and after a few auditions and all of them being rejected ROCKY BLUE, CECE JONES, FLYNN JONES, CJ MARTIN, CHRISTIAN POWERS, & FENWICK FAZIER exchange desperate looks.
CJ: (hopeless) I don't think we're gonna find our guest star.
ROCKY: (hopeless) I know. All of our auditions are just people who don't meet our requirements.
ROCKY BLUE, CECE JONES, FLYNN JONES, CJ MARTIN, CHRISTIAN POWERS, & FENWICK FAZIER were about to give up until two girls named ALEXANDRA FIELDING & CAMRYN BARNES enter in catching their attention.
ALEXANDRA: Hey! We heard you're looking for dancers who meet the "Golden Age or Disney/Nickelodeon rule." Can we audition?
CAMRYN: We may not have fancy powers here, but we do have the moves!
