The next day, as the morning sun lights up the coastal cliffs, the ladies take off with their head start. The men watch from a distance, determined to make up for lost time. The journey ahead promises even more twists, as the chase intensifies and romantic tensions simmer on the open road.
With their advantage secured, the ladies speed off with a sense of triumph, leading the pack in "Wheels of Fate: Across China or better wink..."Revved Hearts: Road to Love," where every challenge and every mile brings them closer to unforgettable memories—and perhaps a bit of love.

With their head start, the ladies ride along the winding coastal road, feeling the morning breeze as the ocean glimmers beside them. Yuqi and Zhao Lusi are in high spirits, playfully racing each other, while Ju Jingyi and Vanda Li share laughs over last night's karaoke penalty. Esther Yu even waves dramatically back at the men's team, taunting them from the distance.
On the other side, the men are itching to close the gap. Wang Xingyue, leading the pack, revs his engine and calls out, "Let's show them what we've got!" Neo Hu and Li Yunrui quickly fall in line, ready to chase down the girls and reclaim their lead.
Scene 7: Detour Challenge—The Maze of Lanterns 🏮
Midway through the ride, both teams receive a message through their GPS: a detour to a nearby village known for its Lantern Festival. To continue, they must navigate a maze made of bamboo structures decorated with hundreds of hanging lanterns. At the end of the maze is a checkpoint where they can get a shortcut that will save precious minutes in their journey.
The ladies arrive first, thrilled by the beauty of the lantern-lit maze. Bai Lu and Yang Chaoyue lead the way, but it's not easy finding the exit. The maze twists and turns, and at every dead end, they must answer riddles related to love and friendship. Esther Yu gets a laugh from everyone when she tries to bribe the local guide with a wink to get a hint on the riddle's answer.
Just as the ladies are figuring out the final riddle, the men catch up. Leo Wu and Hu Yitian, ever the strategists, split up to cover more ground. Before long, the teams meet face-to-face in a narrow pathway, with only room for one team to pass. Cue an impromptu showdown of wit and teasing banter.
