Marlene walked into the kitchen still in her pyjamas and yawning. She was planning on having breakfast then getting ready to meet Jack later on.
"Harry, don't get milk on Jeff, please." Tracy reminded him. Sapphire shot her a glare whilst Harry ignored her.
"Leave him be." Marlene told her, sitting town besides Harry and ruffling his hair. "It's easy enough to wash him."
"Four minutes twenty seven!" Toby called, looking up from his watch and confusing Marlene.
Looking towards Sapphire who sat in front of her. "What's going on?" Marlene asked, rubbing her eyes still half asleep.
"I'm on it!" Tracy called, rushing towards the oven and picking up a spoon with an egg on it. "Go! Liam, toast!"
Liam rushed out of his chair, nearly knocking into Tracy who was racing with the egg. Narrowly ducking under her arm, Liam shot the woman a glare before she tripped over a chair leg, sending the egg flying.
It almost happened in slow motion. Marlene watched, mouth agape as Tracy flung herself forward to catch the egg.
The table let each let out sighs of relief when the egg landed safely in Tracy's hand. "She's attempting to make Toby the perfect breakfast." Sapphire finally explained now that the chaos was over.
