"Hey, Kelly?"
"Yes?"
"I did something bad..."
"What, why? What did you do?" She interrupted.
"Okay, well, it wasn't technically bad. It actually needed to be done..."
"Does it involve any of my children?"
"Yes...? It does involve Winnie, but only if she wants."
"Let's stop beating around the bush here. What did you do?"
"Okay. It really wasn't a bad thing. You just might be a little mad and Winnie could be mad."
"Charles!"
"Right! Sorry. So you know how Corey Brokewire's daughter was caught a few days ago?"
"Yeah."
"Well, there's a certain boy, or should I say man now who was directly involved. Ms Brokewire is being charge with his kidnapping...and his fingerprints are in our system and also NYPD's system..."
"Charles, move this story along faster, I'm falling asleep."
"Anyways. And I've got some buddies in NYPD and there were able to give me a phone number. I called Noah and he's coming back to Florida in March to testify at Violet's trial."
"Wait, like Noah Brooks? Winnie's ex boyfriend Noah?"
"Yeah. I told him he should come and talk to her about becoming his lawyer. But she doesn't have to so..."
"Have you told Winnie this?"
"Not yet."
"Hmm. This could be interesting. She was totally heartbroken and devastated over that boy. It took her a long time to get over it, especially when she was coping with supposedly not talking to him ever again. And now he's coming back years later and asking her to be his lawyer.
