You look..Halfway decent

          You woke up around 10:00. It was finally Saturday. You decided that you were going to go to the park to get your mind off of the whole "zimtuation". You got dressed in jean shorts, converse, and and a t-shirt from your favorite show's new merch line. You went downstairs and called to your mom saying "Bye mom I'm going to the park!" Before your mom could object or protest, you were out the door. You reminded yourself that you wanted to go to the park to get your mind off of Zim. NOT to think about him. But your mind just trails back to the green boy.
           When you arrived at the park you heard yelling in distance slowly getting louder. No way, was it Zim? "GIR! WHERE ARE YOU GOING?! COME BACK TO YOUR MASTER!" You were correct. It was none other than Zim. You then saw a green dog run in front of you, well it looked like a dog, but it was obviously something in a dog costume. "Aww! You look like a little plushy" you picked the strange "dog" up and held him in your arms, cuddling him. Then you saw Zim walk up to you "Oh hello there, Y/N-Human!" Zim said "Well I suppose I will take my dog and go back to my home, goodbye!" You gave Zim the creature but then you heard a high pitched squeaky voice erupt from the green thing. "OHH MASTAH! IS THIS THE HUMAN THAT YOU SAID LOOKED-" Zim cut him off by covering his mouth. "That Zim said looked.. halfway decent, yes! That is exactly what I said! Erm, goodbye Y/N-Human!" You chuckled. That was..odd. Did Zim think that you were cute? Wow. You were to caught up in Zim's green skin you hadn't really looked at his face or thought that he might be attractive until now. He actually didn't look half bad. Zim pulled off the green skin look pretty well, you had to admit. Woah! Don't get ahead of yourself. That kid is an alien. You are not going to fall for some space boy, or are you? So many thoughts about Zim rushed through your head and you did not like it. You you decided you should just walk around the park like you had planned on. You tried to focus on the nature but your mind wandered off again and again. At one point you just stopped trying and went deep in thought about Zim and Dib.
          You wanted to help Zim to get on his good side. Why would you want an alien as your enemy? Dib on the other hand wanted to expose Zim to the world so people wouldn't call him crazy anymore. Dib wanted to prove everyone wrong. "I understand what Dib is going through but maybe Zim isn't so bad, and if he destroys Earth maybe if I'm nice enough I can be an ally." You muttered to yourself. You had gained the habit to talk to yourself sometimes when you got stressed.
          "Hmm, talking to yourself I see." You heard a voice saying behind you. It was Zim. "I don't understand why you think I would destroy Earth!" Zim paused, thinking of what to say next "I loath-I mean love Earth!" You rolled your eyes. Zim can be so...  goofy sometimes.
          You guys began to walk around the park some more and then left when it got started to get dark out. You walked Zim home and awkwardly waved him goodbye but then he held out his hand to you. He was giving you a small keychain. It was a keychain of a character of your favorite show, the one you were wearing a shirt of that day. "Wow, Zim! Thank you!" You said, admiring the keychain. "When I saw you at the park, I saw you had that shirt on and I decided I was going to give you this, for saving me from the burning Earth liquid," He paused "and you should feel honored to be getting a gift from the mighty Zim!" You grabbed the keychain and then hugged him. You then ran to your house. You just hugged an alien. Wow. And you actually liked it. Wow.
