It was a perfect afternoon in the land of Goiky. The light breeze blew gently through the air, bringing with it the soft fragrance of the many flowers that grew heartily throughout the land. The warm sunshine gleamed brightly, casting a brilliant glow across everything it touched. The grass was a lush shade of green, and the sky was a deep blue, with wisps of white clouds scattered about the sky. It was a day that any living being in Goiky would cherish. Many objects were enjoying their life.
The scientist duo working on their gazillion inventions. The other contestants playing joyfully. Leafy, Thinking about how to better herself, many things are happening in the land of Goiky, it was a happy place, they all thought nothing could change that..
But everything changed in an instant...
Out of nowhere, a strange, dark substance began to spill across the land. The substance seemed to writhe and move of its own accord, almost as if it had a mind of its own. It covered everything in its path, swallowing everything up as it spread.
The objects of Goiky were frozen in shock and fear at the sight. They had never seen anything like this before.
The dark substance moved like a living creature, creeping across the landscape and covering everything it touched. It was like a thick, black flood, swallowing up everything in its path. The Objects of Goiky couldn't believe what they were seeing. This was unlike anything they had ever encountered before.
The substance was viscous and sticky, making it difficult to move through. It clung to everything it touched, leaving a slimy residue in its wake.
Leafy, one of the first few people to notice it, was sitting on the grass, enjoying the beautiful day in Goiky. The sun was shining, the air was warm, and the sky was a bright blue. It was a perfect day to just relax and enjoy the beauty of nature.
Suddenly, she heard a strange sound
coming from the sky above. It was a soft, almost whispering sound...
She stood up and looked around, trying to figure out what was happening. The trees were being coated in the dark substance, and the birds that had been singing were no longer visible. Leafy had never seen anything like this before. She looked up and saw a strange sight. A dark, inky substance was trickling down from the sky, coating everything in its path. Leafy's heart began to race as she realized something was very wrong.
Leafy was running as fast as she could, her heart pounds in her chest as the dark substance chased after her. She had seen what it did to everything it touched, and she certainly didn't want to be caught by it.
Suddenly, she saw Teardrop and Flower, also running for their lives. She changed course and ran towards them.
"Come on, we need to keep going" Leafy said, her voice filled with urgency.
Teardrop and Flower nodded, and they continued to run alongside Leafy, dodging the substance that was chasing them.
"Have either of you seen any other contestants?" Leafy asked Teardrop and Flower, panting for breath.
Teardrop shook her head, looking just as scared as Leafy felt. Flower spoke up, her voice shaky.
"I saw ruby back there.." she said, pointing back in the direction they had just come from. Flower was panting while she said it too, she couldn't keep up. she was just as scared as everyone else was.
Leafy's heart sank. Ruby was probably right in the path of the substance, and there was no way of telling if she had made it out alive.
"and you didn't think to save her!?" Leafy shouted at flower, in fear.
"I didn't know! i was scared and didn't know what to do!" Flower said, about to break down.
Leafy clenched her fists as they continued running. She couldn't shake the feeling that they had abandoned Ruby, left her to fend for herself. She knew it wasn't fair to blame Flower, but she couldn't help but feel a flicker of anger towards her.
