Lucas's POV
I wasn't sure how I was gonna tell Aaliyah that because of my recent showcases and appearances at some clubs had started to become frequent I'd been offered the opportunity to go on tour round the states for 6weeks, releasing my new album and showcasing it as I've been booked for a quite a few concerts and clubs.

"Man she doesn't even have feelings for you, what does it matter..." I lied to myself as I leaned closer to the wheel.. I was on my way to pick her up.

"Fuck it we skipping school today" I muttered to myself as I pulled up in her driveway.

"See you mum, have a good day" she skipped to the car.

She got in and immediately sensed something

"What's up buttahbean?" she asked while pinching my cheek and puckering her lips to mock me

"Nothing princess" I smiled

about 5 minutes into our journey she realised that we weren't on route to school

"Yo you missed the right, buttahbean... you're up to something, where you taking me"

"we're skipping school today co-"

"Lucas don't play with me, you can't be taking me outta school, this ain't no joke ... I have one year to get up to the speed you guys are" she hissed starting to panic

"Baby, you're already ahead in every class.. stop stressing, I want to chill with you today"

"Well that's fucking nice... not that I need to fucking graduate or anything"

that was the last straw I pulled up into the nearest side road and stopped the car.

I grabbed her wrist that was shaking from beginning to panic...

"Stop it! That's enough!" I demanded
before pulling her closer to me

"Calm down!" I cooed before placing my palms on either side of her precious cheeks and pulling her in, to kiss her.
Her lips we so soft and plump, just as I'd expect them to be.

She moaned and kissed back surprisingly allowing me to deepen the kiss, she pulled away suddenly, slapping my left cheek with her right hand.

it was silent for a few moments as we both stay there in shock.

She suddenly picked up her bag and opened the door to get out of the car.

"Aaliyah, wait!" I chased after her around the car ... trapping her between my arms with my hands pressed up on the side of the car.

"What the actual f-"
I cut her off by kissing her again... she tried to resist for a few moments but after a while she melted into the kiss allowing me to lick her bottom lip to ask for access as I explored the moist cavern.

I pulled away breathing quite deeply, her eyes fluttered open as she looked up at me.

"m, luc" she couldn't spit the words out so I guided her back into the car.

It was quiet for a few moments.

"Buttahbean" she hummed while placing her hand on my thigh

"Yes baby" I cooed while placing my hand on top of hers

"W w what was that back then" she stuttered

"Me claiming my woman"

"We've been through this Lu-"

"I'm taking you to my house, I have something to tell you"

"What is it?" she asked hesitantly

"I'll tell you when we get there"

Aaliyah's POV

As we arrived in his driveway, his persona just seemed to change, he opened the door for me and guided me, slowly unraveling in his utopia.

"You go upstairs and put something comfortable on, I just gotta do something quickly" he smiled

I nodded as I wasn't sure if I wanted to waste my words as I may need them for the thing he was planning to tell me- considering I was still stunned from earlier.

I quickly changed into a pair of his joggers, his white tee and put my hair is a messy bun as I was planning to sneak downstairs to scare him.

as I began creeping down the stairs I heard his boy on speakerphone ask

"Have you told her yet bro?"

"Not yet, I don't know how to tell her to be honest" Lucas replied

"Just tell her, no point in stretching it out"

"Yeah but you don't understand how I feel about her ... one wrong move and I've lost her"

"you kissed her today,huh?" I could feel his friend was smirking at his own mere comment.

"yeah, it was something out of a fairytale, shit when she start making me feel light headed you have to take me away from her" he chuckled

"how camp of you" his mate laughed

"yeah man anyway she's probably waiting for me, so I gotta go"

"good luck bro, if anything just feed your girl some Krispy Kremes.... aren't those her favourites that remind her of home"

"yeah man, she's just obsessed with food in general"

and with that I quickly ran upstairs as fast as I could and tried to play like I was chilling on my phone as he entered his room.

"So Aali-"

"Spit it out Lucas" I snapped, the anticipation was getting to me

"I got offered to go on a tour for 6weeks"

"b b b" I stuttered

"Baby ... don't"

"Congratulations" I shouted while leaning over to put my arms around his neck

"I'm so so proud of you" I whispered into his shoulder trying to hold the tears back

"You are?" he pushed me back to see if I was telling the truth in my eyes

"Mhhmmm" I nodded allowing one tear to roll down my cheek

"Why you crying then" he whispered

"Cos I'm happy you're finally getting your big break" I gleamed

I leaned in back to hug him , this time bringing our bodies closer while on the bed... it got to the point where he was sitting cross legged and I wrapped my legs around his waist.

"Babe, you're squeezing me too tight, you can let go now" he spoke between breaths

"No" I shook my head into his neck

"Why not?" he chuckled

I just started crying silently into his shoulder until he finally felt the wet patch on his shoulder

"you don't want me to go, huh?" he asked

"it's not that... I do, I just"I faded away into my own thoughts

"hmmm, well I just wanted to kiss you before I left otherwise I'd regret it when I came back and found you have a boyfriend" he chuckled

"I'll wait for you" I whispered

"Huh?" I could feel him smirking

"did my princess say she'll wait for me"

"Yes buttahbean"

"does that mean you want to be with me?" he smirked

"If you come back without a girl" I mumbled into his shoulder

"Why would I have another girl, when God gave me you" he smiled into my neck squeezing his arms tighter around my waist

"cos... Lucas is a heartthrob that can have any girl that he wants"

"you're the only girl I have eyes for... you're my babygirl"
