Beetee Latier is the male tribute from District 3 who participated in the Quarter Quell, he was the victor of an unspecified Hunger Games and is one of the 6 people who survived the Quarter Quell . Beetee is an expert with electronics and wiring. He was near death in the 75th Hunger Games when his wire trap backfired and almost killed him and Katniss. But he was later saved by District 13.
