"You- what?" Evie nodded.

"All they want is for me go act like Jude's girlfriend. Go out with him in public a few times a month, go to a few professional dinners"

"But it doesn't really benefit you in any way, if anything, it makes it worse. You have a lot to deal with with work at the moment between shoots and you've got fashion week in paris in 7 months.."

"It doesn't take a lot out my time to do this Cathy. It can help him and I know I technically don't owe him anything because it was simple human decency for him to help me but.." she looked to see Jude talking with his Agent in the room they were just in.
"But.. he did help me, and last night could've gone a lot worse for me if it wasn't for him. I want to help him" technically Cathy wasn't the boss, Evie was, so no matter what she had to listen.

"Fine. But it doesn't take any time out of your work"

"None" Evie nodded in agreement.

"You don't overly exert yourself" Cathy took a small breath as she thought.

"Of course not"

"I guess we can get some sort of traction from this, but football fans aren't really the audience we go for" Cathy was muttering under her breath now as she thought out loud and Evie kept nodding in agreement no matter what.
"Fine. Fine"

"Thank you for doing business with us" Jessica said thankfully before she turned to Jude and Evie. Both of them hadn't even had a proper conversation yet that day but it wasn't too tense.
"The PR team agrees with me when I say that we should give you both huge amounts of leniency with this. You can choose where you go on your 'dates', how often you're seen together with your schedules and stuff along them lines. All we ask is for you to act like a couple in public, and a normal one, not a new one. We want it to seem like you've been together for over a year. We've got a story lined up that matches with your timelines too" Jude and Evie glanced to each other before nodding.
"This doesn't have to go on for too long, I think July, 7 months, just before you leave for Paris is enough? I would say because if this happens before the euros there will be some speculation" Jessica glanced to Cathy who nods in agreement and soon the meeting is over. Jude and Evie both separate from their PR teams before they leave the building together.

"You really didn't have to do this" Jude says when they both get in a cab, together this time.

"I wanted to, honestly. You helped me a lot last night. And i'm thankful" now that she didn't have a drink of alcoholic luck in her system she was more nervous than she was yesterday in the presence of him. She was sure her eyes were failing last night because he looked much better today than she remembered he did yesterday.

"Well you're not really getting anything out of this, so it does mean a lot that you're willing to help"

"Well, me and my friends aren't always around in Madrid at the same time often" she spoke.
"And with this new move to Madrid I could use some more friends here" he smiled when a cute blush started to appear on her cheeks.

"Right" he drawled.
"You're from the united kingdom, right? I recognise your accent, plus you're english is way too good"

"Yeah" she chuckled quietly.
"London"

"Well I know the this area quite a lot despite being slightly new here myself so if you need a tour guide or a friend, we're kind of stuck with each other" she hummed in acknowledgment and his eyes were drawn to her eyes as she glanced out of the window.
"But I knew I recognised you. When your name was plastered over the news I was more confused on how I didn't realise before" she smiled softly shrugging her shoulders.

"It was unexpected. Don't beat yourself up about it.." his eyes caught onto the way she didn't look in his and avoided his gaze.

"You didn't recognise me either, did you?"

"As an england football supporter i really should've" she replied with a sheepish smile that made Jude laugh loudly.
"But I didn't last night, if it was any other night though.. I would've"

"Hm, sure" his teasing hum made her shake her head, a small smile resting on her face.

They came up to a driveway at Evangeline's house and once the cab was parked in front she went to get out before turning to Jude who was still trying to get over the beautiful house he was sitting in front of.

"Are you... busy today?" She wondered and got a shake of the head in return.
"Do you want to come inside, so we can talk more about what this whole thing entails?"

I'm thinking of doing like a few parts to this series or even turning it into a book.. I don't know.
