Dramatic

Don't tell someone they're being dramatic. 

You don't know what they're going through.

Or maybe they're just using the small thing they're panicking about to find relief about something they can't talk about.

Maybe it's something important to them even if its not to you.

Try to help but if you can't just support them.

Don't tell someone they're being dramatic.

You have no idea how much it could hurt them.
