We could have had our song,
And I thought of lyrics so long,
We could have shattered the ground,
With the unequivocal sound,
Every rhyme I wrote with my heart's blood,
How it ran, like a flood,
I broke myself so many times,
And I allowed so many crimes,
Just so we could sing together,
We could have been forever,
But I guess my heart and soul's stuff,
Just was never really enough.
