"Oh yeah." said Knight and gave her plastic bagin which she immeadetly threw up. "The wonders of the first rayshift. I still remember as it was yesterday that we both lost our breakfast on the first one." said Gudako. "Yeah... Wasn't a "nice" memory in my opinion." said Fujimaru. "Well onward! To the city of vale!" shouted Ruby while she was unsettled by the fact that gods and heroes are looking towards her as a guide through Remnant.

"Something doesn't seem right." said Ruby as she saw the city walls. "What is it?" asked Gudako. "look to the walls. Normally there are type 15 g turrets on them incase grimm of bigger size are attacking the city. Now there are those decomissioned type 8 d turrets. Those haven't been used in active defense of the city for around twenty years. The newer models are capable of using different dust ammo, have more range and are way more precise." said Ruby.

"Is it really that easy to differentiate them?" asked Luz. "The newer turrets are two meter taller and five meter wider. The barrel and the reload system is also different." said Watts. "So overall really different." said Percy. "That and she read so much about guns that she basicly has every spec and how it looks ingrained into her head." said Yang. "So like Luz and spells?" asked Amity. "Like Luz and spells." said Yang.

"Meaning?" asked Fujimaru. "To use such old weapons would either mean that the original ones were destroyed and they have been replaced  till the new ones came in. Or..." said Gudako. "Or we are not in a modern version of vale." said Cas cu. "Well then that only leaves us to..." said Knight before hearing something out of the direction. He smelled magic in the air.

"Dude you can smell magic?" asked Percy. "I am a half demon beneath my divine exterior. I can smell and hear alot like..." said Knight before sniffing the air. "That Ruby and Nora have stolen the sweets from the kitchen again." said Knight. 

"How? The last time i checked has goredolf put multiple tazer traps on the sweets shelf in the kitchen? That and a chain with locks" said Annabeth. "Oh i can absorb electricity to become stronger. So i removed the tazer traps. Then it is just a matter of Ruby picking the lock and then gorging on the sweet victory." said Nora happy.

"How do you know how to pick a lock?" asked Amity. "Roman gives out courses for lock picking for a fee. He and Neo should have such a course right now." said Ruby. "You mean i finished one of those courses." said Roman, now much richer, with Neo and Goldy following. Goldy was sitting now not only on a golden coin but also on a golden vault key.

"What did we miss?" asked Neo with a sign. "Ruby's singularity experience. But nothing really happened till now outside of Ruby shredding some Beowulfs." said Raven. "Sounds great." said Roman before he and Neo sat down.

"Oi bud. What are you hearing?" asked Cas cu. "I hear... singing? It comes from the gate. And i smell magic. But only a slight touch of it" said Knight. "Well then we just have to go forward now do we." said Gudako. "Can we somehow get anymore info first?" said Ruby. 

"Don't worry fair maiden. We are more then enough strengh to defeat every obstacle infront of us." said Lancelot. "You are not gonna get a date with my mom. Not as long as me or Yang live and breath" said Ruby. "It wasn't meant with that intention!" said lancelot. Mash simply spit out in disgust. Lancelot could almost see the spirit of galahad behind Mash flipping him the bird.

"well sir lancelot is in trouble it seems." said Roman smelling a buisness opportunity. "Lets just hope that he doesn't go after our mom." said Yang. "Yep." said Ruby. "Yeah and he shouldn't go after mine too." said Luz. "I think hunter would personally try to kill him if he tried that." said Amity. "Yeah. Thats true." said Luz.

"Well. Welcome to adventuring party. Full of mind boggeling insanity and less then savoury individuals having your back or wishing to bang it depending who you are teamed up with." said Knight and hammered his hand on her back not controlling his strengh causing her to fall face first into the ground. Literally. "oops." said Knight before he simply grabbed her leg and pulled her out of the earth and sat her back on her feet.
