At South Korea's most prestigious high school, a scandal is brewing - but its privileged students will do anything to silence the truth. When a scholarship student enters the fold, he's determined to crack the school's impenetrable façade and reveal...
"I wonder what that quiet girl looks like," He-ra said, observing Ellie.
"As one of the top scorers, we are transferring to Jooshin High. To honor this reputation, we intend to focus on our studies, maintain good grades, and uphold your school's legacy. We look forward to the end of the year," In-ha said. He and Ellie bowed before descending from the stage.
As they sat down, the teacher on stage began to speak. "Now, students, please make your way to your classes," she said. In-ha stood up, but someone grabbed him.
"What are you doing? Sit down," the student said, making In-ha look confused. "Why?" he asked, but the other student glared at him. "Just sit down, dumbass," he said, making In-ha sit beside Ellie.
Ellie looked around and saw the boy who had stood up earlier making his way out of the stadium. Everyone began to stand up, which confused her as they stayed seated, but In ha looked back at the student who had grabbed him earlier.
"Excuse me, I was just up there. I'm a new student along with her," he said, pointing to Ellie, who was also looking at them.
"As you can see, we are new here. We have English first period, but we don't know where to go. Can you help us?" he asked. The boy replied, "You're too happy. Both of you need to know your place," before walking away.
"Stop embarrassing yourself, can you?" Ellie said, looking at In-ha, who just pouted. "We're new here, so I'm just being friendly," he said, making Ellie look at him nonchalantly.
She stood up, ready to leave, but suddenly a girl stopped In-ha in his tracks."Lost? They'll show you where to go," a girl said to In-ha, making Ellie look back. She started observing the girl's features.
"Give me your number," the girl said, handing her phone to In-ha. Ellie glanced back curiously, sighing when she saw the interaction.
"I don't have a phone number or social media," In-ha said, walking away, leaving Ellie curious about what had happened. The girl looked taken aback by his response.
"Let's just find our way to class," In-ha said, looking at Ellie. As they walked through the halls of Jooshin High, Ellie couldn't shake the feeling of being watched. The whispers and stares from other students made her uneasy.
As they walked in the hallway, In-ha stopped, making Ellie look back. "Wait, what’s your section?" he asked.
"Standard A," she said.
"Really? I'm in Standard A too," he said excitedly, making her look at him irritably.
"Can you shut up for a minute?" Ellie said, leaving him behind.

Walking through the luxurious hallway, I kept my nose buried in my book while In-ha searched for Standard A.
Suddenly, he spotted a room and patted my shoulder to get my attention. Without thinking, we entered, not realizing it was the Special A classroom.
