Chapter 3

"You look good to be honest," Beomgyu said, referring to his outfit that he knew he himself wouldn't be able to pull off.

"I always look good."

"We love the confidence."

"Yup."

Taehyun took his phone out and opened the camera.

"Wanna take a selfie together?"

"Sure."

Beomgyu stood behind Taehyun, and the two made peace signs as Taehyun pressed the button, snapping a picture.

"I'll upload it on Instagram," he said.

"Okay."

Taehyun uploaded and tagged Beomgyu on his story, just as the door opened to reveal a man with raven locks of hair, and would probably be a model too if he hadn't decided to become a movie actor because of his visuals.

"Where is my fairy prince?" he asked.

"Kai!"

Taehyun ran over to hug Kai Kamal Huening, careful to not smudge his makeup or ruin his outfit, and Kai had to quickly move the flower bouquet to the side.

"Wow, I didn't expect that. Hello Beomgyu," Kai greeted.

"Hey."

Kai handed the flowers to Taehyun, and Taehyun gasped in delight.

"They're beautiful!"

"Like you. Go rock them tonight."

"I'll try. I'm just shy with the outfit."

"You? Shy?"

Kai playfully bumped his shoulder.

"Come on Tae; you can do this!"

Taehyun giggled.

"Okay okay!"

I'm painfully single.

The cameraman suddenly came running inside.

"Come on, the show is starting!"

Beomgyu and Taehyun hurried towards the stage, Kai allowed to come along because of his VIP backstage pass (something Beomgyu wasn't able to secure for his two friends, but it's not that he minded Kai's presence and support).

To their surprise, Brambolia was first, and Taehyun was up before Beomgyu.

"Go get 'em Tae," Kai whispered.

"Got it."

The curtain flapped open, and Taehyun walked onto stage, his black boots clicking against the floor as his skirt swayed, the crop top slightly did too, and the jewelry he wore sparkled as the cameras flashed on him.

Taehyun posed at the end of the catwalk, showing his face and body in many different angles and perspectives, and people who were fans of him were screaming their asses off, some even grabbing for him, and getting shoved away by the bodyguards.

Kai watched him like a puppy in love.

"That's my star!"

Beomgyu laughed.

They're so cute and lovey dovey that it's not even cringey.

Taehyun came back and Kai immediately hugged him when he came back, nearly crushing Taehyun's ribs.

"You were amazing!"

"It was just one round!"

"Still."
