So basically we had a school trip that was meant to be a fun getaway but instead i get more scars, extreme dysphoria and I made a promise to my self that I would only eat half a meal max each day for two weeks because to avoid suspicious i ate normally. My self esteem is also officially non-existent thank to multiple panic/anxiety attacks. So yeah I'm now bleeding and I don't think I've done this much to my wrist but oh well
