Chapter 5

Jho suddenly felt like going out. Hindi sya makaisip ng idea sa loob ng room nya. She needs a break.

Pagkatapos nyang mainvolve sa ganap nung tatlo ay mas lalo syang naging pursigido sa mga devices na ginagawa nya.

Lumabas sya ng condo and went sa isang malapit na coffee shop.

While looking at the pastries on the shops display. Her eyes landed on a familiar figure who looks lost in her thoughts

Agad naman siyang bumili ng coffee and pastry

Grab her order and makes her way to the girl she's been crushing on for the last 4 months

She casually took the seat infront of Savy na nabaling ang tingin sa kanya. Nagtaas ito ng kilay

"Can I stay here? Or you want me to move sa ibang table?" Tanong ni Jho with a smile plastered on her face

Umirap naman si Savy sa litanya nya

"Stay, baka isipin ng iba pinalipat kita" sabi naman ni Savy

Then she realize na madami palang nakatingin sa kanila. Well, she's with a hot model. Kahit yata hindi mo kilalang model to, mapapalingon ka sa kanya e.

Jho thinks of an idea. Halata namang wala sa mood si Savy to interact with other people and she feels like naiinis ito sa atensyon na ibinibigay sa kanila ng mga tao

"You wanna go somewhere private?" Napakunot naman ang noo ni Savy sa alok ni Jho

That's when she realizes na baka iba ang iniisip nito

"Oh, not that. I mean, a private cafe" sabi pa nito

Savys'

Tumayo si jho na ikinagulat naman ni Savy

She was dragged out of the cafe leaving their untouched food on their table

Jho opened her cars' door. Walang nagawa, at wala ding energy para makipag talo kaya sumunod na lang sya dito.

Lumipat si Jho sa kabila and occupied the drivers seat.

Jho sigh. At agad na lumingon sa side ni Savy. Lumapit pa ito sa kanya na parang may inaabot na kung ano.

Distracted by Jhos movement. Nanatili lang sya sa ganoong position.

Amoy na amoy ang mabangong si Jho. Sobrang lapit ng mukha nila sa isat isa to the point na nakalimutan nya ng huminga

Bumalik ang ulirat nya ng may tumunog sa bandang gilid nya. Saka nya lang narealize na Jho pulled the seatbelt na nakalimutan niyang ilagay

"Dang, what's with her" isip isip ni Savy

Parang wala lang naman kay Jho ang nangyare. She started driving.

Ilang minuto lang when Jho parked somewhere she's never been before.

Pinagbuksan sya ng pinto ni Jho and lead her papunta sa loob ng cafe. She went on the counter and says something. The girl in apron just nodded and gave her a thumbs up.

Umakyat sila sa taas. Napakaganda ng cafe na ito. Sobrang classy. And hindi crowded. Ni walang taong tumitingin sa kanila ngayon

They went inside a private room. Spacious sya. Greeny. Madaming halaman at talagang nakaka relax.

Jho pulled a chair. Waiting for her to sitdown which she obliged to do so

"Here's the menu, tell me when you're ready to order" sabi ni Jho at inabot sa kanya ang isang tablet.

Wow. Ang techy ha. Sa isip isip ni Savy habang naghahanap ng oorderin.

Ng makapili. Jho went beside her and teach her how to order.

That's when Savy realize na this is the cafe she's been searching for. Super private. Minimal lang din ang interaction sa mga tao.

Somewhere she could go to kapag gusto nya mapag isa.

Their order came. Jho went near the door and ipens it. Hila hila yung cart kung nasaan ang food.

Jho served their food on their table.

Matapos ilagay ni Jho ang orders nila. She went back to the door, inilabas nya ang cart at isinara ulit ang pinto. She went back to her seat.

Savy thought, Jho would try to talk to her. Pero kabaligtaran ng inaasahan nya ang nangyare. Matahimik si Jho habang kumakain at nagtatype sa inilabas nitong laptop.

Nagulat man sa inakto ni Jho. She silently finds comfort sa presensya ng taong nag invite sa kanya

She relaxes her nerves. Enjoyed the view and the food.

This is one of the rarest moment na gustong gusto nya. Yung mamuhay ng tahimik malayo sa mga tao at sa camera.

Lost in her thoughts again. Her eyes landed on the person who's looking st her now

She's smiling. A gentle smile was plastered on her face

Agad din itong nag iwas ng tingin sa kanya at binalik ang atensyon sa laptop nya.

"I like this place Jho" nagulat pa ito ng magsalita sya

Yeah. She knows the name of the person in front of her. The person who keeps on announcing her name on the radio program every lunch. She's aware of it. The person who's always staring at her in the cafeteria.

Iniisip nya kung bakit ganito ito umasta. Akala nya, kapag nakilala nya ito at nagkalapit sila. Gugulo mundo nya. Iingay pa lalo. But this version of Jho infronts of her screams peace and comfort.

"I like you too" mahinang bulong nito na ikinangiti nya

"Thank you for bringing me here, this place is my new favorite" sabi niya dito

"Sana next time. Ako naman" hirit ulit nito na ikinatawa nya

The girl just gave her a smile

JHO

Gustong gusto man ni Jho na kausapin yung taong nagugustuhan nya. Pinili nyang manahimik na lang. Because her instincts told her that the other girl wants peace

Ayaw nyang guluhin ito.

Kontento na sya na hinayaan nitong makasama sya sa iisang lugar. Kontento na syang nakakasulyap dito paminsan minsan. Savy smiling at her almost gives her a heart attack. Siguro kung kasama nya ang mga kaibigan nya, naglupasay na ito sa sahig.

When Savy thank her. She literally thought she could run 10km right away.

"Arg, how can I not fall to this girl" isip isip ni Jho

The day ended when Savy told her she have to go. She has an appointment to attend to. Even though both of them wanted to stay a little longer.

Jho, as a gentleman she is. Offered to give her a ride which Savy accepted happily.

When they arrived at the location Savy wants. Jho jog to the other side of the car to open it for Savy.

They just smiled and thanked each other.

They left that place with a smile on their faces.
