“Don’t worry, go and get some rest,” Nezu said, rising from his seat. As he left to make his rounds, Aizawa couldn’t help but feel uneasy. After all, this was Nezu they were talking about.
He sighed deeply before heading off to check on his students.

“Everyone, please take your seats,” Luka called out over the microphone. After a few moments, the students were all seated. In front of the theater room, three hosts stood. Rebella stepped forward, facing the crowd.
“If you have a question, raise your hand. I won’t answer anyone who shouts out without asking properly. So, what would you all like to know?” Rebella asked, noticing the silence that followed. A few hands hesitantly went up.
“Yes, Mei?” Rebella acknowledged the usually quirky boy, who now seemed remarkably calm.
“Were you using illusions in the video when you went to the hospital?” Mei asked.
“Yes, and before you ask, it’s a little app that Melissa and you will work on in the future. It allows my illusions to be seen on camera during undercover missions and can also function as a virus,” Rebella explained, moving on to the next student.
“How much of that story was real? I mean, the hospital part,” Midoriya asked, his gaze fixed on her.
“About 70-75%,” Rebella answered, cutting off Izuku before he could probe further. She knew he had already connected the dots.
“Who was in that hospital room?” Kirishima asked, his concern for his classmates evident.
“Monoma and Shinso,” Rebella responded calmly, too calmly for comfort.
“Is that why you’ve been avoiding us?” Monoma asked, disregarding the rule about raising hands, which made Rebella pause for a moment.
“I’m not avoiding you guys,” she answered.
“Then why? Because of the incident? Didn’t we solve it?” Shinso asked before she could address someone else.
“That issue nearly ruined everyone’s careers who were involved, but no, I am not avoiding you guys…”
“Then does it have something to do with why we were in there?” Monoma interrupted again, as the audience watched, eager for answers.
“I am not avoiding you guys!” she snapped, her voice tinged with anger. Ignoring them, she quickly moved on to the next student.
“Yes, Mina?” Rebella cut off any further interruptions.
“You’re 18, right?” Mina asked, looking at Rebella.
“Well, wouldn’t she be? She’s in Class 3A,” Kendo interjected.
“Actually, I’m 20. Principal Nezu thought it would be best if we spent half a year in therapy and an extra year due to villain attacks and the war. He also wanted us to graduate with certain people. It took us a while to fix the system,” Rebella explained, shocking a few students. Shigaraki, however, was the next to ask a question.
“In the last multiverse, all of us were mentioned. Did something like that actually happen, or is that just a multiverse thing?” he asked, his gaze steady.
“Well, that did happen in our multiverse. After a lengthy court process, you all joined villain rehab. Some chose to live normal lives, while others decided to help ensure the heroes wouldn’t be led astray again and that no one would cause a war like that,” Rebella said, facing the crowd.
“Wait, if all that happened, why did you go so far back into the past?” Nezu asked.
“Because no other time would be right—everyone is alive now,” Dimitri answered.
“No more questions?” Luka asked.
“Who was that…”
“That’s me,” Luka said, cutting off Denki, not wanting his twin to know he had been there earlier.
“Did anyone experience a quirk awakening?” Midoriya asked, causing the room to fall silent, especially among the heroes and villains who had experienced one.
“Yes, but some of the stories are gruesome. You know that most quirk awakenings happen during near-death experiences. There’s about a one-in-a-billion chance of it happening naturally,” Luka explained, reluctant to discuss the topic further, but knowing his sister hated it even more.
“Any more questions?” Rebella asked, hoping for a change of topic.
“Speaking of quirk awakenings, did you have one? Because last time I checked, your quirk doesn’t include mind-reading. How did you know what I was thinking?” Mineta asked.
“Yeah, I had a quirk awakening, but I can’t read minds. I also don’t have much of Mei and Melissa’s machines and support gear with me at the moment—that was an illusion. Izuku and Jiro came up with it as a defense move. As much as I trust you all, there are some people—whose names will go unmentioned—that I don’t feel comfortable or safe around. And I’m not talking about the villains. But now that the cat’s out of the bag, I have no reason to use it anymore,” Rebella said, stopping anyone from continuing the conversation.
“Do I get better control of my quirk?” Denki asked, raising his hand, trying to lighten the mood.
“Of course you do, and you become a great hero too,” Dimitri said, smiling brightly at the young teen.
“Oooh, ship,” Mina teased.
“Mina, I’m not his type,” Denki said, turning to his friend, not wanting others to see his face.
“How would you know what my type is?” Dimitri asked, stepping closer, smirking. Denki turned towards him, his face turning red at how close the boy was.
“...Too close,” Denki muttered.
“Okay, that’s all the questions. Time to watch something,” Rebella called out, saving Denki from further embarrassment as Dimitri took an empty seat next to him.
“Wow, are you uncomfortable with me?” Dimitri asked, pouting playfully, making the blonde even more flustered.
“Everyone, eyes on the screen,” Rebella said, cutting off the white-haired boy before heading back to her seat. Dimitri sat between Todoroki and Tokoyami as the screen began to play.
