Dear my love
Little by little, our worlds drew near,
Holding hope in our hands, nothing to fear.
Happy and fearless, joy beyond compare,
Eager for each moment, love in the air.
We were so sure, our love was true,
Believing together, we could do anything too.
But then came the pain, the torment grew,
A shadow cast over us what we once knew.
The question came, without in my mind Without an end,
Bringing tears to my eyes, hard to comprehend.
"You loved her?" you asked, and I said, "Yes,"
"Does she love you back?" brought only Painfull Stress.
Emptied by nothingness, suffering in pain,
Listening for whispers in the night for once again.
Replaying our stories, and the secrets we shared,
Until my last tears fade, until my heart is repaired.
Once more, I am alone, with memories that stay,
Hoping for peace, in the new light of day.
In the End I stayed.. and kept loyal till the I decay
I will continue to shred tears until the end of the day.
