Snow.

"What do you mean you wish to sabotage any chances of you two being paired?"

I didn't glance up at Sam as my focus remained on the books on the desk in front of me.

"Snow? Snow I am talking to you!" I sighed and finally looked at him. "What is it this time brother?" I asked and he frowned. "What God forsaken book are you reading that has you calling me brother?" He asked and I scoffed and slammed the novel shut.

He smirked. He clearly hit a spot with that remark. "Are you not my brother anymore? Any why are you bothering me?" I asked.

He sat down on the edge of the table and crossed his arms. "Topic of discussion. Cameron Hayes." He reiterated and I nodded urging him to go on.

"You've done nothing so I presume you're planning something big seeing as you easily rose up to the 2nd position on the ranks. Lyra deserves it though." He said and I smiled wryly.
"Cameron is fucking smart Sam. I'd be stupid to want to act out now. Plus with the convention coming up, I have time to pull a few strings." I said and he shuddered.

"Sometimes I forget how psychotic you can get." He muttered and I only smiled. The door to the room was pushed open and our mother, Floria walked in.

"Ah there are my lovely twins." She said spreading her arms. Sam went forward and embraced her. I stood up and did the same. "Hi mum. What brings you here?" I asked as I sat back eager to continue my reading.

"You look fancy. Oh wait is the dinner party tonight?!" Sam asked and I frowned. What dinner party? My mother smiled in response. I mentally rolled my eyes. Oh God not now.

"Uh Snow, listen I know I didn't tell you kids on time but your presence is very critical for your father tonight so I'd be glad if you went up to change. We leave in an hour and half." She said calmly and I looked at her.

"Get me Rosalie, I need my hair to be done." I said and my mother smiled as Sam chuckled.
"Very well dear. What are you standing around for? Go get your ass in a suit or something. Chop chop." She said pulling Sam's ear and he cried out in pain.

After a series of disassembling my whole closet I picked a brown body con short dress with long sleeves and a flat neckline. I paired it with black six inch heels and Rosalie, one of the servants styles my hair into a low ponytail with diamonds braided into my hair and a few strands framing my face.

I stopped at the top of the stairs as Sam and Amelia joined me. Our mother waited at the foot and stared at us. "Oh my Days, my children are gorgeous."

Sam wore a black button up shirt and dark grey slacks along with black shoes while Amelia wore a black body con dress similar to mine and nude color heels. Her short hair was slightly curled and she looked gorgeous like Mum said.

We descended the stairs and finally left the house to the hotel. When we got there it was already bustling with activities. The media was here as well taking countless pictures of people arriving. Did I mention there was a red carpet leading into the hotel?

I see my Father went all out on this luncheon dinner party. We got out of the car and was blinded by flashes from the camera.

"Over here! Miss Amelia!"

"Could the twins please smile for the camera?!"

"Miss Snow! Gorgeous as always! A smile for the internet!"

"Mrs Danvers! Please a picture with your children if you may!"

A ton of hefty men led us safely into the hotel auditorium and where the party was.
"Ugh I'm already tired." Mia muttered and I snickered.  Many Renowned business men and women were present and heads turned at our entrance. Our Father made his way to us and hugged our mother planting a quick kiss on her cheek.
