There's one person you see often. Is he an employee? A frequent visitor? It's difficult to tell since you hardly talk to him. Sometimes if you have a bad day he'll give you a sympathetic look before walking past to do whatever he does with his time. Occasionally when your creator is asleep, this person will come into your room and talk to you. He's nice. He doesn't care about your tasks or your efficiency or your slip-ups. He approves of you for existing, and you can't ask for much more than that.

...

If only you could remember what he looks like...

MePhone3GS woke up in the morning feeling great. Usually when he woke up he wouldn't even want to open his eyes, much less leave his bed, but today he felt so well-rested that sleeping in sounded plain boring. So he got out of bed, got dressed, and headed to the kitchen.

"Jeez, save some for the rest of us, would you?" Said Trophy as 3GS piled a slightly selfish amount of food onto his plate.

"Why do you care?" 3GS asked. "You don't even like eggs."

"Well, yeah, but you're just plain hoggin' 'em at this point!"

3GS wanted to say something to that, but he couldn't, because, yeah, he was totally hogging the scrambled eggs. He simply gave an acknowledging nod before going to the table to eat. During breakfast he remembered why Cabby gave him those headphones, and when he was done eating he went back to his room to retrieve them. He remembered the sleepover he would be attending that night and wondered what it would be like. The things he'd read about sleepovers online seemed fairly simple. He assumed that everyone there would watch movies and play games and then eventually go to bed, but he didn't really know who was going to be there other than Fan and Bot.

Fan said they'd be leaving at about five in the afternoon. It was currently nine in the morning. That was a lot of time to pass, so 3GS decided he might as well do something enjoyable, like visit Paintbrush's art class again! So he did.

"Hi, Nickel."

3GS watched as Nickel flinched and looked up to him from her sketchbook.

"When did you get there?" She asked, closing her sketchbook and picking it up. She gave 3GS a rather unpleasant look.

"Just a moment ago," 3GS replied, sitting down next to Nickel. "I was just wondering if you've set the record straight about my comment yet."

"Oh."

"So, have you?"

"Uh, no."

"Okay. You should probably get on that."

Nickel scoffed, put her sketchbook back onto the table, opened it to a blank page, then just stared at it. 3GS got up to grab some art supplies, and when he arrived back at the table, Nickel was still staring at the still blank page.

"You're not drawing," He said.

"I'm gonna," Was Nickel's response. "But I need to think of something first."

"Oh."

He decided to leave her alone. He knew it was hard to come up with things while being bugged by someone. Besides, this place was to make art, not talk to people, so MePhone3GS decided to draw, even though he was a bit devoid of ideas.

"Hey, Nickel."

Nickel did not respond. She was actually drawing now, instead of just staring down her sketchbook like it owed her money. MePhone3GS couldn't really tell what the drawing was supposed to be because Nickel was hunched over it so hard.
