You hate me because you can't take me
You don't want to hold me, you don't want to have me
You want to catch me, you want to own me
See, that is the problem because you don't know me
You don't know who I am
You don't know my flaws, you don't know my traits
You've never seen me at my worst
You've never seen me at my best
You think this all there is and that is all you get
You don't know love, you don't understand
You will never recognize, you just cannot stand
What you never experience. All you do is hate
