A look of understanding washed over their faces. I have thought about this ever since the last accident.

"Someone tried to kill my daughter, isn't that enough to end all these?" Uncle Revan asked through gritted teeth. I can't imagine what he's going though right now. Both his daughters are in dangerous and none of us seems to know who's behind this. I already have my people searching for Aria. She's not in London and all those pictures were fake. Someone have her and I'm going to find out who.

"Are you trying to say we don't just have one but two enemies in town?" Rudra voice out. It's the first time he spoke up ever since he got here.

"That's exactly what I'm saying, brother."

There was a long silence, as we all were consumed in our own thoughts fighting with the demons of our past that came to haunt us again.

"Mahir," I looked over at Uncle Revan with questioning gaze.

"Please, protect my daughter." I could see the worry in his eyes. My father patted him on the back. I guess they both understand each other.

"I'll always protect her." I said honestly looking him in the eye.

I glanced at my wrist watch and sighed. It's ten-forty. I stood up grabbing my phone.

"Are you leaving?" My father asked

"Yes, dad. If you forget I have a wife waiting for me." I said nodding at them one last before walking out. I checked my phone for her messages but there was none. The guard bring back my car and handed me the keys.

I put my phone back in my pocket when I felt someone's presence behind me.

"You done being mad?" I mumbled opening the car door.

"So, you do not care if I'm mad at you?" I sighed at turned to look at my brother who's frowning like a child..

"Ofcourse, I do. If you were five I'd have brought your favourite toy but we both know you're grown up now." I sighed causing him to roll his eyes.

"Just one question brother, did you thought about us for a single second before jumping in to save her life?"

"She was in danger and I did what every responsible person would do and I know how much she means to you." I said matter of fact.

"You're right. I love Bella." He hissed walking towards me and continued, "But I love you more than her. You're my brother, my family and I cannot loose you. Why don't you get it." He yelled angrily.

I sighed, "let's talk about this when you're sober." I patted his chest and walked around to get to driver's seat.

"Or maybe you're lying. Maybe you want yourself to believe that you risked your life for me because I love her or...you're a responsible man but the truth is brother, you're falling for her."

I stopped. My head snapped at his, clenched my jaw in anger, "I'm not."

He scoffed, "Yeah? You can fool your enemies brother, not me." And he walked inside.

I slammed the door before starting the engine.

As soon as I entered in my house I was met with an extremely rare sight. I chuckled walking inside my living room where Bella was sleeping peacefully with a book over her face.

I removed the book from over her and looked at the book she was reading in amusement. I didn't knew my wife was into dark romance. Keeping the book aside, I pick her in my arms and walked inside her room before gently laying on the bed. She stirred in sleep clutching the fabric of my shirt and I ended up over her. With my left hand resting on the bed, I tucked the loose strands of hair that were covering her exquisite face.
