↬Personality: Everyone expects her to be snobby and rude to others, especially those who aren't rich. But she is actually pretty nice to everyone else. She was raised to treat everyone with respect, no matter who they are. She can be a bit rude if she has to be, but she doesn't like to. She doesn't treat anyone differently just because they don't have the money she does. With her friends, she is definitely more open and a bit goofy. She is a sweet person and if her friends are short on money for some things, she will give them the money, but he won't pay for the item fully. One thing she learned was that if she paid for the item fully, people would fake not having money so they wouldn't have to pay for it. But when it comes to her girlfriend, she tends to spoil her as much as she can. And she is a bit clingy, but not enough to be annoying. ↬Background: She was the child of a single mother, no one knew about her father at all, not even the mother. When Chloe was 6 months old, her mother died and she went to life with her aunt and uncle. They raised her as their own and that didn't even change when they had another child. when she was 14, she was in the car with her friends after their mom picked her up to take them to school and they were hit by a drunk driver.
