Veronica Smalls grew up in a famously rich household. Her father was extremely athletic in college; playing any sport he could. He was good enough to be a professional, in fact he received many offers from differing NFL teams, NBL teams, Olympic level track, but his heart remained with his favorite, tennis.
Although, he believed the opposite, sports are not meant to be careers, but a hobby. There is no harm in doing it for fun, but never for a living because the human body could not stay consistent enough for the job. That's why Edward Smalls became a lawyer. A good one at that, specializing in celebrity lawsuits, both copyright and NDA violations. Anything that's under wraps and needs to win, he was the one to call.
He was able to succeed in this because of his connections across all spectrums of celebrities because of his wife; actress Aubrey Smalls, whom is known for her athletic biopics. Her experience in the field comes from her previous college career in which she also actively participated in sports, although strictly softball and basketball. In this she has remained insanely fit, even after having a child.
Which leads to their prodigy only child, Veronica; Who was a tennis god as seen in her high school. She dominated her districts championship and made her way to the current one. The one that is forcing her to see someone she had not spoken to in years for personal betrayal. Tashi Duncan was a force to be reckoned with; when it comes to tennis, she does not play or rather she does but she plays outside of the field as much as she does on.
Her competitive nature continues to grow as the match continues to creep closer and closer. To the point that she was beginning to stress herself out; so in an attempt to let her mind wonder even if it was only for a moment, she decided to attend a different match going on in the country club hers was taking place eariler that day, a doubles match. Insert two boys who absolutely make her life... complicated.
