Chapter 21- Leaving the Circus

Xiamara POV:

I was running.

I looked back in horror and saw a black figure with striking red eyes staring at me while it moved slowly into my direction. I quickly look upfront to focus on getting away from whatever that thing is.

I ran.

I ran as fast as I could.

I took another glance behind me and I was met with those same glowing red eyes. The black figure slowly reached out its hand while I backed away, however with one step back I fell into a pool of dark red liquid..?

I frantically looked around and suddenly I felt my body burn and throb in pain. I raised my arm and saw glowing dark red cracks. Before I could react, My vision started to flicker.

3rd POV:

Xiamara shot up with wide eyes, she gasped for air. She quickly took a look at her arms and checked if the markings were there.

Xiamara sighed in relief after seeing there were no markings at all. "Who was that...was it...? Haha...please no." she shook her head. Her thoughts were then interrupted by Zoro who shouted "ONI...GIRI!!" as he slashed Cabaji before he collapsed on the ground, Alora then rushed to his aid.

Xiamara looked around and saw Luffy facing off against Buggy as both of them fought. "Did I just miss some action...?" Xiamara mumbled while scratching her head. "Oh Nami's gone..."

"WINDMILL!" Buggy shouted and attacked Luffy with his detached lower body. Luffy avoided it by jumping up while Buggy readied his next attack.

Buggy threw multiple knives at the same time, "It's most likely impossible!" he says while Luffy stretches and dodges it in every fun way possible. "Why not?" Luffy replies as stretches to the side and dodges his attack.

"Oho!! So, you can do things like that!! How interesting!!" Buggy says while smirking.

"You're an interesting person too. Gomu Gomu... PISTOL" Luffy shouts as he stretches his fist to punch Buggy. Buggy quickly dodges Luffy's punch. "It's an interesting ability but...!! AN ARM THAT'S STRETCHED TO ITS LIMIT...! IS FULL OF WEAKNESS!" Buggy then pulls out two of his knives and swings it down onto Luffy's arm

"I'LL TEAR IT TO SHREDS" He shouts.

"GOMU GOMU" Luffy shouts as he propels towards Buggy.

"HUH"

"BARA BARA EMERGENCY ESCAPE" Buggy shouts. "SCYTHE!!" Luffy finishes shouting as he attempts to punch Buggy. But then Buggy's head detaches from his body.

Luffy then crashed into a building. "Luffy! Are you alright?!" Alora shouts from the sidelines, worried for Luffy.

"You're not much of a threat, Gomu Gomu" Buggy says while turning to face Luffy.

Suddenly Luffy emerges from the debris of the fallen building. "I'm alright Lora!" he reassures his friend before turning his attention back to Buggy. "Damn! Separating into sections..." he said.

Nami watches from behind the building in shock, "H...How is it possible for such a fight...!! I feel as though I'm dreaming..."
