It was lunch time now. I was in my way to lunch , but I had to pee. I went into the bathroom and saw El and Yasmine. El had a severe black eye. I walked by them and into a stall. I did my business and walked out. I went to a sink and washed my hands. I could feel them practically staring a hole throw the side of my face.

Me: Why are Yall looking at me?

El: Why are you in here?

Me: Cause I had to pee? It's a bathroom and not everybody is like you to come in the bathroom and spend 20 minutes on adding extra makeup and messing with our hair.

El scoffed.

Yasmine: Well then maybe they should get like us.

Me: Why would they wanna be like you? You guys are mean , bullies and snitches.

El: My girlfriend gone get you.

Me: Looks like somebody already got you.

El: Excuse me?

Me: Bitch you heard me.

El: Now she's really gonna get you.

Me: For what? Telling the truth?

I laughed.

Me: I wanna see that.

Yasmine: Don't worry.

She stepped into my face.

Yasmine: Your gonna feel it later.

I pushed her back which made her lose balance and fall on the floor in her butt.

El: Oh no you didnt.

She was about to come for me until the door opened and a teacher walked in and went into a stall.

I stepped into El's face.

Me: ( Whisper ) We'll finish this later.

I walked out and into the lunch room. I got my food and sat at my table. My friends were already there , I just didn't see Nicky.

Alayna: Hey Zari.

Me: Hey Alayna , Ashley , Kimberly and Amber.

Alayna: How was your day?

Me: Good so far. Yours?

Alayna: Pretty good. Uh who's that?

I looked at where she was pointing and saw Nicky.

Me: My moms wife's daughter.

Nicky came to the table and sat beside me. She bit into her pizza.

Me: Wait. That's Papa John's pizza.

Nicky: Yep.

Me: How?

Nicky: I called in the order and sped to pick it up.

Me: Wow.

Nicky: Here. Let's share it.

Me: You sure?

Nicky: Yeah. That's why I got pepperoni , cheese and hamburger in one box.

I laughed and grabbed a Hamburger slice.

Me: Mmm. So good.

Nicky: I know right.

Me: So I don't have to stay after as late as I thought , so I'll be out by 4:30.
