This theory is that Dora has Down Syndrome and Hydrocephalus.
Hydrocephalus explains her big head (No not her ego hehe)
Some believe she has Down Syndrome because she speaks three times louder than the others in the series,due to the mental disability. She is being constantly guided by the map on where to go. She can't see things right in front of her....-.- lot of anger with that.... Boots is her guiding animal. Lastly her yellow bracelet is a tracking device in case she gets lost
