"Paige are u watching your edits again?" I hear Azzi ask from the on the couch behind me " it's not my fault I'm so attractive." I say while looking and smirking at her
"Uhh huh" I hear her mutter under her breath but I continue to ignore her and return my focus to the edit I was watching before her interruption.
I keep on minding my own business scrolling to TikTok until I hear Azzi speak up again " hey did you hear about the new transfer?" Nope I shake my head " what about them?" I ask
" nothing much I just heard her dad owns some big law firm in New York" she speaks up again "oh" I let out in response
" What does that have to do with us" I ask another question " I mean, I don't know, but I heard she's transferring because of some case" Azzi answers " what's this case?" I say coming over to the couch.
" Not sure it's pretty private, but I was with Jasmine our trainer earlier, and I guess she said she's going to be a new student trainer for our basketball team along with the boys team sometimes too" Azzi explains " Do you know what her name is?" I ask another question grabbing the remote while switching whatever bullshit tv show Azzi was watching.
" I just know our last name is Whitlock" she say getting off of the couch and heading to her room for the night
