Author: Hey lovely people, I know this is a short one, please don't hate me. Writing doesn't come as easily these days... Hope you like it anyway ;)

Lisa had been right. The stolen diamond necklaces showed up dismantled in several different pawn shops all over the city only a week later. However the FBI was still in the dark about who the thief was. They had covered their tracks really well. Even cut themselves out of the store's security footage. Another reason the manager had realized too late that they had been broken into in the first place.

Jisoo and Lisa had been ordered to check out the pawn shop where the biggest diamond of them all had shown up, while Jennie had been called into a meeting with some FBI higher-ups.

The con-woman and the dark-haired agent were on their way to the shop right now in Jisoo's car.

"I still think it was Bam." Jisoo poked Lisa in the side. "We all know how whipped you are for Jen to actually do that shit but Bam still has a lifestyle to uphold."

Lisa threw her a look. If she was honest, the con-woman wasn't one hundred percent sure that it wasn't Bambam. Him and Lisa had been fabricating 'exit strategies' lately. Passports with different names and different countries on them, liquidating some quick cash. She wouldn't put it past her best friend to pull a heist just so they could leave more comfortably if the need arose.

Lisa didn't want to actually consider that plan because it meant leaving Jennie, but it was better than going back to prison. She hadn't asked Bambam about the missing diamonds for fear of becoming an involuntary accomplice if she knew. She hadn't even realized until now how much more law abiding she had become for Jennie. But she had always let Bam do his own thing. He wasn't being monitored by the FBI. He was free to do whatever, as long as he wasn't caught.

Sure, they had bent the rules here and there a little bit during cases, using methods that definitely weren't all bureau approved, but that had always been within Jennie's consent. Most of it at least.

"As I already told Jennie, this isn't something you pull off alone. We're definitely looking for more than one person."

Jisoo cackled. She loved winding Lisa up. "Ah, I'm sure he has some wacky friends out there somewhere. Can't be just you he hangs out with. Especially now that your nights are as occupied as they are."

Lisa shoved Jisoo's shoulder for that one.

"Relax Limario, I've always been on your side! I knew you liked her from the start. Lady Kim just needed a good push. I'm so happy you're banging now."

Another push followed from Lisa. "That's gross Kim!"

Jisoo fell into another fit of laughter. "What's gross? I teased it out of her the other day! Every night? Honeymoon phase much? But good for you Manoban!"

"No! You talking about banging is gross!" Lisa retaliated with a scrunched up nose. "So please stop!"

"Oh, I'm sorry. I meant 'making looooove'" Jisoo cackled even more until a sudden thought hit her and her head turned towards Lisa briefly. "Wait- are you? Do you... love her?"

Lisa blushed crimson red and was glad that Jisoo had to focus on the traffic ahead of them. "I don't know. It's a bit early, don't you think?"

"Sure, but you've been hitting on her for a while now, so I just thought maybe...?"

With all the secret keeping and the worrying about their re-evaluation, Lisa hadn't really given it too much thought. She definitely had feelings for Jennie. Her heart skipped a beat when she saw her or when Jennie smiled at her genuinely. She definitely found it hot when Jennie went into full agent mode. But maybe Lisa had still been a little guarded after what happened to her with Chaeyoung. Love was a big thing. Not to be underestimated.
