I was busy typing on my computer but stopped when i felt a pair of eyes staring at me. I turned to see Vicky waving at me, " Good morning Lulu," she sounded so lively and cheerful today and it warmed my heart.
"Morning Vicky, tell me anything special happened?" I asked hoping to get her to speak why she was so happy today, "nothing yet I was planning that this weekend we hangout, if you are not busy that is," she raised her eyebrow waiting for my response.
This action of her reminded me of Augustine and i think i kinda miss him.
"Lulu are you okay?" Vicky asked worryingly, "hm," i hummed. "You just zone out anything bothering you?" She asked, " Just curious, have you seen Mr. Augustine?"
"I think he is busy, lately he has a lot of meeting to attend you know CEO staffs," she shrugged, i was pleased with her answer.
"So what do you say we hangout this weekend or do you have any..." I cut her off, "Am in," Vicky jumped in excitement gaining attention from our fellow workmates. "Shush," i told her trying to hold her down.
Vicky resumed back to her position, my phone buzzed notifying there was a text, "I think Jake has reached home safely," i guessed. I took my phone and felt blood flowing on my face.
I hid my blushing face with my palms hoping no one noticed.

I turned off my phone i didn't wish to be a source of distraction for him. During lunch i sat with Vicky. Sharing our likes and dislikes to realize we have so much in common. "Is it okay to invite my cousin?" Vicky asked me.
"It is okay but i hope your cousin is not a party pooper," i said jokingly, "Nah, just wait and see we will have so much fun tomorrow. Ooh it will be at my place, i will send you the address," she said before she left the cafeteria.
I understood she is busy preparing for tomorrow so i didn't want to bother her. I knew Jake won't mind me going out i hope. I was lost in thoughts when a familiar voice brought me back. "Hey," i turned to see Justin standing next to me.
"Are you okay?" He asked placing his hand on my forehead to check on my temperature.
"Am okay don't worry, how is your mom doing?"
"She is recovering plus thank you for helping me submit those paper,"
"No need to thank me,"
"Ooh! I never got your name ,"
"Am Lewis," i said extending my hand for a handshake, " Nice to meet you then. Friends?" He said while shaking my hand, "Friends," i responded.
Justin and I exchanged contacts, he offered to walk me back to my post. I have to say Justin is a very funny man and handsome as well.

Third person pov
Lewis was busy in the kitchen making dinner when Tom chose to snuck at him, " HELL! Tom never do that again," he said hitting Tom's back.
"Ouch!" Tom pretended to be hurt, "You hit me hard," he whined.
"No i didn't you drama queen now stop whining and help me cook ,"
" What are you cooking?" Tom asked, " Prawn and harissa spaghetti," i said with a smile,
" sounds yummy, can't wait to taste it am lay the table," he said excitedly.
When i was done cooking i sat down with Tom for the meal. We finished our meals but Tom couldn't stop praising me. "Jake will be proud to know his lessons paid off," Tom said.
" Tom, tomorrow i won't be around am hanging out with a friend,"
"No probs just don't get drunk, i don't want Jake to come and throw tantrums when he is back,"

Lewis pov
I got up in the morning and took a warm shower. I put on a turtleneck shirt and black ripped jeans. I styled my hair before leave to the kitchen.
I met Tom there, "Morning Lewis you look wow," he said, "thanks i hope am not over dressed," i said nervously.
"No, you are ok .Let's eat cereal today ," he suggested. I took out a box of cereal from the cabinet. I made two big bowls of cereal and gave one to Tom.
We ate our cereal in silence. We finished eating and he placed the bowl in the sink.
"Am going now," i said as i walk out, "no drinking," i heard Tom say.
Vicky's pov
I was so excited when i heard the doorbell, i quickly rushed to open it. "Lulu you are finally here," i said happily and ushered him in.
"Your house looks amazing, stupid me where are my manners good morning Vicky," he said while he took a step in.
" Good morning,"
"If you don't mind i brought a friend along," he said nervously, "sure,"
Augustine pov
I quietly sat aside when i heard the doorbell, i watched Lewis walk in and he really looked adorable in that turtleneck shirt i just wanted to have him in my arms.
"If you don't mind i brought a friend along," i heard him say. I guessed maybe he brought Tom along but i was surprised to see a blonde guy walk in.
"Vicky this Justin and Justin meet Vicky," he introduced. I walked towards them and they were both shocked.
"Lewis remember when i told you am inviting my cousin, well Augustine is my cousin," Vicky confessed.
