Pastry shells

1 cup (227g) water

8 tablespoons (113g) unsalted butter

3/8 teaspoon salt

1 1/4 cups (150g) King Arthur Unbleached All-Purpose Flour

4 large eggs

Cream puff filling

2 cups (454g) heavy cream or whipping cream

1/4 cup (50g) granulated sugar, or to taste

1 teaspoon King Arthur Pure Vanilla Extract

Icing
1 cup (170g) chocolate chips or semisweet chocolate, chopped

1/2 cup (113g) heavy cream or whipping cream

Roguefort ended up with a few decent éclairs.
They tasted good, admittedly, however they weren't perfect.
But it was good for a first try, and they're proud of it.
They cleaned up the kitchen, humming as they did.
They got around in crutches alot better now, quite fast as well.

They did the dishes, cleaned up the mess of eggs from earlier, and put away the dishes by sitting on the marble counter tops.
They looked around, content at their cleanliness.
With a hum, they made their way back to the living room.
Settling on the couch, and turning the TV on.
Wonder what the detective is up too..

Almond continued his detective work, still looking into some things about Roguefort.
He fully understood that Rogue had a job, they confirmed it themselves.
And on top of that, he was now at ease for the moment.
The thief having a serious injury meant no crime, and he was happy about not having to chase the latter down.
Oddly however, Bleu wasn't at the cafe, that worried him.
When he asked, one of their co-workers stated that they'd broken their arm or something.
Almond felt bad, maybe he'll get them something when they came back.
Wonder how they'd feel about coffee mug pins?

Week 2..

Roguefort laid in bed boredly, they'd read a ton of books over the past week, and now they were bored out of their mind.

They already tried baking éclairs, it didn't go very well, but it was still tasty atleast.

They wondered where Lord Crumbles went, the darn cat keeps wandering off whenever they weren't looking.

Maybe they should get Crumbles a new toy? Or maybe even another cat tower.

Oh what's the point, he won't even stay long.

Wonder what he's up to..
