"so you're done with your shoot?"

His assistant as well as cousin, Zenin Mai asked him

His deep blue eyes flickered towards her before looking back at his phone

"Yeah"

His answer made her lift an eyebrow at him

Normally, young models like him don't like to be still in sets after their shoots are done. But Megumi has almost the opposite

He'll stay on sets until he's kicked out

Why you may ask?

New generation Male supermodel Megumi Fushiguro, the son of supermodel and actor Toji Fushiguro, he's his own problems. Problems with his family

He didn't have the closest relationships with his family and the guys he lives with

Which as a person who's always with him, she knows the reasons and thinks it's absolutely valid for him to hold a grudge against his family

But being 17 he couldn't do much. He still had to live with Toji and his gang of men

In all of this, his foster father, Gojo Satoru, had a kinda friendship/ rivalry with one of his fellow models, Ryomen Sukuna. Which resulted in them staying in a house together

There he met his best friend, Sukuna's younger brother, Itadori Yuji. They soon became inseparable. Since both both of them had kinda the same situation

Yuji turned out to be his greatest escape. He stopped wasting his energy hating his father and uncle to put it in more productive things such as playing with Yuji

Both of them were each other's rocks

Their friendship was unbreakable, at least that's what Mai thought when she saw how happy Megumi truly was

But disaster struck when both of the boys hit puberty and started to get to know each other

She doesn't know what happened. But something did. He started to avoid Yuji for absolutely no reason

He'll always make some kind of reason and pause the hangout sessions they had. He went so far just to avoid him that he joined modeling, a profession he hated since when he even started to understand what hate is

No one knew what happened

And to no one's surprise, he became famous in no time. But he didn't smile anymore, he didn't show any emotion and kinda became a shell of himself

Mai and her twin sister, Maki tried to get it out of his shell but failed miserablely every single time

At some point they gave up

But now as years went by, he kinda understands his sudden change

Everytime Yuji was around him, he'd stare at him with the most serine and helpless eyes. As he wanted to say something but couldn't

Now that she thinks about it, it's been pretty clear all along

Megumi Fushiguro was in love with his best friend, Yuji Itadori

Yep, the most demanding teen supermodel in Japan was gay

He probably expected Yuji to be straight, or not like him like that or even disgusted by him. He couldn't afford that. That would probably destroy him even more

They sometimes encouraged him indirectly, but was always met with failure

He would get defensive very quickly when anyone from their friends group would call him gay (try a gay relationship atleast) to see if it was his cup of tea
