Blake couldn't help but smile. Alec knew he didn't wanna talk. This gesture making his insides tingle with happiness. Anything the older boy did would make Blake smile. Would make his stomach turn upside down. It merely baffled the smaller boy how much of an effect Alec had on his heart.

Coming out in the slightly bigger shorts Blake felt self conscious about his chest. His arms wrapping around himself as he stood before Alec. Alec's soft laugh hitting Blake's ears as the older boy watched him. Feeling his body freeze in shock as the water collided with his skin. Pushing the older boy down into the water with him Blake felt Alec's hands graze his waist. The two tugging at one another as they spun in the water. Pushing Blake away Alec couldn't help but smile as he rose up for air only to be pulled back down again. Grabbing the smaller boys arms Alec wrapped his arms around Blake's body. "I'm so sorry for what I've caused, I never wanted to hurt you, yet that's all I seem to do" Alec felt the knot in his chest tighten. The words leaving his mouth hitting deep down.

Frowning Blake felt his skin turn cold. His heart blooming, breath hitching.

"Did you really think that would scare me away" Blake asked. Alec's fingers interlocking with his own, the older boy placing a kiss upon his knuckles.

"I don't deserve you, I never will Blake, I'm nothing but bad news, I'm fucked up, my whole family is fucked up, your not someone I'm supposed to meddle with, your too innocent and sweet, I'm the complete opposite, you deserve someone much better"

"But I don't want anyone else Alec, I want you" These words only made the older jocks heart drop.

Alec couldn't help but smile as he held the boy close to him. Placing a kiss upon Blake's forehead the older jock felt at peace.

"Let me take you out, just me, you, please" Alec asked only earning the smaller boy to hug him tightly. Hugging Blake back Alec only smiled more.

"I don't care what my dad thinks anymore, what Jessica thinks, I'm not gonna throw this, throw us away anymore because of a few people, I'm never letting you leave my life again, I'm never pushing you back out, so please let me take you out on a date"

Placing a quick kiss upon Alec's lips Blake only nodded.

"I would love to go on a date with you"

Smiling even more Alec spun the smaller boy around before placing him back down. His heart feeling ecstatic.

"However there's just one thing I need to take care of" Looking at the older boy confused Blake rose an eyebrow.

Alec knew what he had to do, what he needed to do. Just one thing, one person stood in the way. Alec wasn't going to let them ruin their lives anymore. He wasn't doing it for him, he was doing it for Blake. He couldn't watch his boy get hurt anymore. Blake didn't deserve any of this. He never did. He brought him into this mess, he'll get Blake out of it. If it's the last thing he does to protect his love.
