"What do you mean Leah?"
"I tried forcing you to speak to me when you weren't in a good state of mind"
You pulled Leah into your chest, the rest of the table were having conversations
"Thank you for understanding"
You whispered into her ear, people tended to massively misunderstand you because of the way you processed situations and emotions but most of the time Leah understood and if she didn't she would ask about it and learn. That's what you loved about her, she accepted you for who you were.
Lucy's POV
"And Lucy the magician strikes again"
Keira whispered into my ear
"She's a good kid, always has been she just carries alot and refuses help"
I replied knowing exactly what keira was talking about
"How do you do it?"
"I don't know I guess I just earnt her trust from when she was a teenager, we kinda clicked instantly"
Me and Y/n had become quite close in the 2017 season when she signed, I left for lyon after but we kept in touch and I always helped her throughout everything, we just got eachother.
Y/n's POV
You leant your head on leahs shoulder she kissed you on the head and continued her conversation with Georgia, Esme had noticed you weren't eating anything
"Not hungry I'm assuming?"
"Nah I feel awful Es"
"I know Y/n, take something to training incase you get hungry please"
"I will but I doubt I will eat it"
"I know but just incase, you know you go funny when your iron or sodium levels are low it's best to have something on hand"
"Yeah I know it's shit"
You replied, Esme sighed and smiled at you, she knew that pushing you to eat wouldn't help. You went on your phone and messaged Steph

Steph - Why? what's up? x
Y/n - I don't know how to say this but I'm leaving city
Sheph - I kinda gathered that with the way management have been treating you, where you gonna go? x
Y/n - Arsenal, I want to stay in England but be as far away from Manchester as possible, it just doesn't feel like home without Gabby x
Steph - Awh thats brilliant kid! Some of the England girls are there and Jen, I know you've missed her x
Y/n - Yeah there's also another big reason I want to go there x
Steph - What's that reason? x
Y/n - My girlfriend plays there and I kinda want to be with her x
Steph - GIRLFRIEND??
Y/n - Yeah I know it's a big shocker but I've finally trusted someone after ava!
Steph - So I'm assuming it's Leah?
Y/n - How did you know?
Steph - My motherly instincts and the fact you seem very close on your instagram posts x
Y/n - haha guess we're not very good at hiding it, I'll talk to you later, everyone's just finishing up breakfast x
Steph - Say hi to the girls for me x

You giggled to yourself and caught Leahs attention
"What you laughing at?"
You showed her the phone and she laughed with you
"Are we actually that bad at hiding were together?"
When Leah said that the dining room had randomly gone silent and everyone looked at you
"Well based off the fact we knew you were down baddd for each other from the first day of camp I'd say yeah"
Keira said replying to Leahs question, Millie then butted in
"And the fact you kissed on the training pitch"
"Hey you were meant to keep that between us and Rach!"
You shouted
"Oops it just slipped"
"Twat"
"OI!"
Millie had walked over to your table as conversations began again
"Right stop arguing you two"
Lucy said giving you and Millie death stares
"I'll get you back later"
You said to Millie teasingly, she rolled her eyes and went to sit back with Rach
"Guess the secrets out then"
You said turning to Leah
"I mean we weren't trying to hide it from the start were we"
You shrugged your shoulders, to be honest you hadn't been trying to hide it at all. Everyone got up to go to the media area because today was starting with media
"Leah I'm just going to get a shower I won't be long"
"Alright see you soon"
You walked through the corridor, it was completely silent, usually you liked silence but at the minute it was your own enemy. You got to your room and headed straight to the bathroom, the quicker you were with Leah the better. After your shower you decided to let your hair be natural, it very wavy, some ringlet curls were spread throughout your head but it wasn't all curly. Most of the girls had never seen your natural hair as you opted for straightening it because it was easier to manage. You grabbed your things and went downstairs, Leahs eyes fell straight on you as you walked through the door, her mouth dropped open causing the other girls near her to look at you. You walked over to them and Leah was pretty much speechless although she had closed her mouth now and was smiling at you in awe
"Guessing Leahs never seen your natural hair then?"
Ellie asked you
"Nope, half of the girls haven't"
You replied
"It looks amazing tiny"
Esme added, you looked to Leah who seemed to have zoned out
"What do you think?"
"It's so pretty"
She replied slithering her arms around your back and waist, resting her head on your shoulder. Everyone continued conversations and you looked at Leah who had her eyes closed
"You tired?"
"No why?"
She said opening them and shifting her gaze to you
"You had your eyes closed?"
You replied confused
"I just enjoy your company, you make me feel relaxed"
"Well soon we'll be spending every minute together, the girls might get to see your soft side"
"I'm not soft"
"Sure pretty girl"
