EXPLANATION
SO. If anyone is confused!! I have written this just in case, since this one is a little deep and hard to explain fully. So if you're confused, you've come to the right place!!
SO, Melody (at least for ALMOST the entire thing,) isn't real. She's just a manifestation in Phoebe's subconscious. My brain process here when making this is that Melody is someone special to her. So if we go by that theory by itself, your subconscious that you would talk to would be someone you love. That could be a real person, a fictional character, or for me, an inanimate object like a doll. It's silly, and I like it like that. I don't like the idea as much that Phoebe would just be talking to herself, even though, it's basically that if I never mentioned the appearance of "Melody". I wanted it to be Melody too because it helped Phoebe realize that she loves Melody in the end. She is talking about loving herself but she also realized that she loved her as well. Thought I might clear that up! But.. The very end is 100% Melody, dont u worry! :3
