Third Person POV
"Stand still, these ninja have poison in there claws, we need to take it out of you quickly!" Kakashi warned

Naruto looked at his scratched hand and started to freak out

"We have to open the wound and remove it, it's in your blood so don't move around, that spreads the poison. By the way mister Tazuna"

"Ugh, yeah, what?" He stuttered

"We need to talk."

"They're chūnin from the Village Hidden in the Mist, their specialty is relentless attacks, they keep fighting no matter what the sacrifice" Kakashi explained

"How did you know about our ambush" one of the ninja asked

"You're joking right? God why are so many ninjas such dumbshits? A puddle? On a clear day when it hasn't rained for weeks?! Couldn't have been more obvious" (Y/N) laughed

"Exactly" Kakashi nodded

"In that case, why did you leave the Genin to do the fighting" Tazuna asked

"I could have taken then out quickly-"

(Y/N) cleared her throat

"-_-, we could have taken them out quickly" Kakashi rolled his eyes "but then we'd have learnt nothing, we had to know who their target was, and what they were after"

"Hm? What're you getting at?" Tazuna grunted

"This, we wanted to know whether they were after us; ninja attacking ninja, or if they were after you; the master bridge builder" (Y/N) explained

"When you put in your request you asked for standard protection from robbers and highwaymen. You didn't say there were ninja looking for you; hunting you down, if we knew this it would be a B rank mission or higher. Our task was simply to get you to your destination, and protect you while you finished building your bridge, if we knew we'd be fielding attacks from enemy ninja we would've staffed differently and charged for the cost of a B mission." Kakashi continued "Apparently you have your reasons, but lying to us is not acceptable, we are now beyond the scope of this mission"

"We're Genin, this is too advanced for our level of training, we should go back" Sakura started

"We've already come so far, and now you're saying we should go back?!" (Y/N) protested which made everyone look at her

"Stop (Y/N)" Kakashi said sternly which made her lower her head

"And I really think we need to treat Naruto's wound and get the poison out as soon as possible. Back in our village we can take him to a doctor" she finished

"Ah, uh?" Naruto turned around to face Kakashi

"Naruto's hand could become a problem, *sigh* I guess we should go back to the village" Kakashi decided, (Y/N)'a jaw dropped when she heard this

"wha?!"

Naruto growled, he took out a kunai knife and stabbe it into his wounded hand which made (Y/N)' sand Kakashi's eyes widen and everyone gasp

"Why am I so different? Why am I always, urghah!"

Sakura ran forward "Naruto stop that! What are you doing?!"

"I worked so hard to get here, pushing myself until it hurt! Training alone for hours, anything to get stronger, to reach my dream! I will never back down again and let someone else rescue me, I will never run away and I will not lose to Sasuke. Upon this wound I make this pledge, believe it! Bridge builder, I will complete this mission and protect you with this kunai knife. A real ninja never gives up and neither will I, don't you guys worry about me I'll be fine! Now let's go!" Naruto smirked

"Uh, haha, Naruto that was really cool you took the poison out and all but if you lose any more blood, you're going to die" (Y/N) said

"It would be a good idea to stop the bleeding now, seriously" Kakashi said oddly brightly

"AGH! AGH! AGH! NO NO NO! I'M TO YOUNG FOR IT TO ALL END LIKE THIS!! NO NO NO!! AHH!" Naruto freaked out

"*sigh* show me your hand"

"HELP! OH NO NO NO!"

"Naruto! You've got a self abusive personality, it's called masochism" Sakura scolded before Naruto finally calmed down

'Masochism' (Y/N) thought to herself

Kakashi's eyes widened when he looked at Naruto's wound 'The wound, it's already starting to heal'

"Hm?"

"You have a really serious look on your face, you're scaring me, am I okay?" Naruto shook

"Uhh, yeah you should be fine" Kakashi reassured Naruto before wrapping a bandage around his hand 'this healing power, is it from the Nine-Tailed Fox?'
