Kakashi's POV
While we were walking to the Land of Waves we came across a puddle, but I think I was the only one who noticed
'A puddle? In a place like this?' I thought to myself. I then felt someone nudge me, (Y/N). She gave me a concerning look and nodded, she must've noticed too. We kept walking on until-
Sasuke's POV
Two ninja came out of no where and threw spiked chains tightly around Kakashi-sensei and pulled. Cutting him to bits
"Ka- KAKASHI-SENSEI!!" Naruto yelled before the two ninja came behind him
"Now it's your turn" one of them laughed
I jumped up and threw a shuriken and kunai at the two ninjas spiked chains, lodging them into a tree.
"Ugh! I can't get loose" I landed on both of their large claw hands, before grabbing them with his own hands and kicking both of their faces. Their chains broke off and one went running towards Naruto while the other ran off towards Sakura and Tazuna.
"Stay behind me!" Sakura yelled, standing in front of Tazuna with a kunai in hand. I saw what was about to happen and rushed in front of her to protect her
(Y/N), then suddenly 'teleported' behind the ninja and slammed his palm onto the centre of his back "ARRHH!!" The ninja yelled in pain before he wrapped his arm around his neck harshly and tightly in a head lock, and running to Kakashi's side. Kakashi holding the other ninja in a head lock as well.
"Hi" was all he said.
'*gasp* Kakashi-sensei! He's alive!' Sakura thought cheerfully
'Hmff, show off' I mentally grunted
"Huh? But he was-" Naruto turned around to see scattered little logs around the ground where Kakashi 'died' "Kakashi-sensei, used the replacement jutsu"
"Naruto, sorry I didn't help you right away, I didn't mean for you to get hurt, I just didn't think you'd freeze up like that" Kakashi apologised
*sigh of releif* 'they saved me after all. I forgot how tough (Y/N) is' Tazuna thought, relieved
"Good job Sasuke, very smooth, you too Sakura. (Y/N) excellent work, but you have to remember your mission. If you can't commit to the mission then resign, remember what Lord Hokage said to you" Kakashi said, (Y/N) lowered her head in slight disappointment, handing off the other ninja to him
'I was useless! And Sasuke was so cool, like he'd done this a thousand times!! Didn't he feel scared at all? He looked so calm, not a scratch on him, and I was so lame, he had to come up and save me! Ugh, why can't I keep up with them?!' Naruto thought, angry with himself
"Hey" I called out
"Uh, yeah"
"You're not hurt are ya? Scaredy cat" I mocked Naruto
"URGHHHHHHH SASUKEEEEE!!-"
"Naruto" Kakashi interrupted him sternly...
-// "Hey Sasuke" (Y/N) said, as I was turning around he punched my arm "don't be a dick just cause you don't have one" he laughed "hahahahahaha, just kidding, but seriously learn to lay off, some people have had it harder than you" he pat my back and then walked off 'Yeah right, how could Naruto have had it harder than me' \\-
