Anna sat on the nurses desk listening to George "well, we have to do something. Meredith's become, like, an exhibit like the—hey—like a zoo animal, like that rare panda that everyone stares at."
"Please don't say that to her face. I think that panda died alone." Izzie told him
Sarcastically Anna asked "What, it didn't die with people staring at it?" Earning a chuckle from her sister
George shot Anna a look, before he addressed Cristina "this could just as easily be you it people knew about you and..." he mouthed 'Burke'
"You take that back."
"No" George sassed "I'm just sayin' we should do somethin' to cheer her up"
"Don't worry about it" "it's under control" both izzie and Cristina say
Anna rolled her eyes "yah, because of me"
George's eyes went back and forth looking between the three "what—what do you guys have goin' on?"
"Nothing"
There conversation was cut short by Bailey "where's Karev?"
Muttering izzie says "probably off somewhere not kissing somebody"
"Let's go O'Malley" Bailey calls, he runs after her Anna following close behind

"Mrs Kimberly Griswold. A history of heart disease and multiple surgeries, in for a beating heart quadruple CABG" Cristina presents
"You're late" Lizzie comment, as Alex walks in
"Yes, Karev, nice of you to join us" Burke adds "why do we keep the heart beating, Dr Yang?"
She shot a look at Izzie before begrudgingly saying "I don't know"
Burke and Bailey shared a look "what?"
Anna fights back a smile at her sister's face "I have no idea"
The attending looked at Izzie to answer, only for her to say "oh, I don't know, either. I just don't know"
Meredith looked at the two before speaking "because of... ow. What?" She was cut off by izzie hitting her foot
Annoyed Burke asked "anyone else"
"Stress reduction because of the previous surgeries—" Alex started but was cut off by Burke
"O'Malley"
"I know— I know the answer" Alex tries
"I'm asking O'Malley" Burke says, urging George to answer
"Scar tissue's too deep. The heart's too weak to start up again, so you only immobilize the portion you're working on and you leave the rest of the heart on its own" he answered shooting the three a look
Burke holds the chart out for him to take "welcome to the case" he says as the rest began to clear out the room
"That isn't fair, and you know it. He's punishing me for the elevator" Alex complained to Bailey
