Chapter Fifty Five

"I'll tighten security around the house. When you get to school tomorrow, ask him what exactly he meant by that. I'll make sure that nothing happens to you" he said, caressing her hair with a tender look in his eyes

"Okay"

"Thank you for trusting me enough to tell me" he said and hugged her tightly

"What about me? She wouldn't have told you if not for me" Domenico said with a huff which caused Antonio to chuckle

"Let's go have dinner. I'm starving" Gabriella said as she pulled her older brothers with her

While in they were in the middle of dinner, Antonio's phone made a loud ding which brought everyone's attention to him

He looked at his phone and saw a mystery text from an unknown number. His frown deepened as he read the message

"What's wrong?" Alessandro asked sensing the change in his mood

"It's a threat" he said with a clenched jaw

"What does it say?" Domenico asked already suspecting the main reason for the threat

'Don Antonio what a beautiful evening it is. I can see you all are having a family dinner. What a pretty little thing your princess is?

Wouldn't it be a shame if she was to end up in my captivity? I can tell she already figured out who I am by now.

You can try to hide her but I am always watching. I'll get her, sooner than you think

"Did you say Viktoria?" Emilio asked, remembering the girl who Amira was talking to

"Yes why? Do you know her?" Antonio asked in suspicion

"No. Just focus on keeping her safe, I'll go to my room now" Emilio said as he hurried made his way to his room

Domenico and Gabriella shared a worried look which didn't go unnoticed by the others at the table

"Who is she?" Alessandro asked Gabriella

"She pretended to be my friend at school. She was the one who poisoned me, I told Domenico and he tried to help me find out who she was but we could only find her name" she said and Antonio glared at Domenico

"Just how many things are you both keeping from us?" Alessandro asked

"It's always you Domenico. I swear I will break your jaw if you keep anything else from me" Antonio said and threw a butter knife at Domenico who dodged with widened eyes

"Do you guys not realize what that message meant?!" Stephano asked as he stared at everyone as if they were stupid

"Huh?"

"She said 'I can see you all are having dinner' How the fuck did she know we were having dinner? That can only mean that there are cameras around our house" he said and their eyes widened in realization

"There's a mole in our mafia. how else would she have managed to get cameras in the house?" Xander said

"Check around for cameras quickly" Antonio said

They all got up and started searching the entire house.

"Guys" Gabriella called out as she pulled out a tiny camera from the flower vase

"Fuck" Xander cursed as he also found a camera hidden behind some shelves

After a lot of searching, a total of seven cameras were found and crushed by them

"Pack some clothes, we're going to be staying at our safehouse for the time being. There might be more cameras still hidden, it's not safe to have conversations in here" Antonio ordered

After packing enough clothes that would last them for some days, they got into two cars and left the house

Gabriella's pov-
After some hours of driving, we arrived at a beautiful house. It was isolated from the other houses around the area

"We used to come here alot during the holidays when we wanted to get away from the crowd" Matteo told me as we walked into the house

It was dark themed it was safe to say that I love it.

"There's a total of five bedrooms each with their own bathrooms so we'll have to share. It's not as big as our original house but we'll have to make do with it" Antonio informed me and I nodded

I don't have a problem staying here, it may be smaller than our house but it's still way better than where I stayed before

"Who do you want to share with bambina?" Alessandro asked as all of them stared at me hopefully

I don't want to make any of them upset with my decision even though I think they already know who I'm going to choice

"I want to stay with Dom" I said and they all sighed in irritation, except Domenico who was looking at them smugly

"Alright everyone go to bed. I don't think you guys should go to school for now, we need to find a permanent solution to this problem first. Give me your phones" he said

"Why do we need to give you our phones?" Xavier asked

"So we don't get tracked" I said, handing my phone to Antonio who had his hand outstretched the entire time

"Exactly so please, your phones" he said and they all dropped their phones in his hand

"Thank you, now let's call it a night. It's late" Antonio said

I went to my shared room with Domenico and opened the door, it was a really pretty room

I took out some clothes and had a shower, when I got out I saw Dom already lying in bed

"Are you scared bambina?" He asked as I joined him on the bed

"I'm not scared for myself. I don't want anything to happen to you guys in the process of them trying to get to me" I answered truthfully

I can deal with any amount of torture they'd throw at me but I won't be able to bear it if anything were to happen to any of them

"Nothing is going to happen, to you or any of us. Something has been bothering me though" he said and I looked at him

"What?" I asked

"Luke has been extremely quiet lately. It's almost as if he's planning something big. First Luke, now Viktoria, I wonder just how many people out there are looking for you" he shared his thoughts with me and I honestly agree with him

"Let's go to bed now, we'll talk about this tomorrow" he said and pulled me into his arms

I don't know what Luke is planning or why this Viktoria bitch is out to get me but one thing is for sure. They're going to make their move soon, I can feel it
