Reasons I hate the Percy Jackson movies

The characters

The Lightning Thief book;

Percy: sassy, sarcastic, twelve, doesn't know his godly parent, isn't aware all of his powers, black hair, sea-green eyes, can breathe underwater, also known as 'Seaweed Brain', attacked by hellhound during capture the flag, is on the same team as Annabeth during capture the flag, breaks off minotaur horn and uses to kill minotaur, promises to come to camp next summer, attends (then kicked out) of Yancy boarding school, because of the incident with Nacny Bobofit Mrs Dodds wants to speak with him privately, Chiron throws him Riptide during the battle with Mrs Dodds, at camp for two weeks before he leaves for his quest

Annabeth: Family mentioned, curly blonde hair, gray eyes, twelve, she has a bronze knife, good strategist, owns a Yankees cap for invisibility, her camp half-blood necklace has five camp beads and her dad's college ring, wants to be an architect

Grover: (ok I'm just gonna go ahead and say it) Race unknown, very shy,

Luke: Head councilor of Hermes cabin, scar on his face

Clarisse: Camp bully, dunks Percy's head in toilet, fights Per Y during Capture the flag

Chiron: Acts like a father toward Annabeth

The Lightning Thief movie;

Percy: little sarcasm, little sass, sixteen, Chiron just tells him his godly parent instead of using a little animation and letting the trident pop up over his head, black hair, blue eyes, can hold his breath underwater for insane periods of time, no nicknames, no hellhound during capture the flag, is on a different team than Annabeth and fights with Annabeth...and wins, no minotaur, no promise of coming back to camp, no Nancy Bobofit, Mrs. Dodds just asks Percy to talk with her and she changes form and asks where the bolt is, after the battle Chiron gives Percy the sword so that the whole "This is a pen!" thing can happen, after three days of Percy being knocked out he attend capture the flag then sneaks out to go on the quest

Annabeth: No mention of family, strait brown hair, blueish eyes, sixteen, owns a dagger a sword and bow and arrows, barely knows anything and she just goes straight into battle, no Yankees cap, no necklace, doesn't mention what she what's to be when she grows up

Grover: Black, funny, very loud and not shy

Luke: Has his own cabin, no scar

Chiron: No very fatherly like

Clarisse: No mention
