*I won't lie, she is cute.

As Ash watched her go, a small frown creased his brow. "Huh, Leaf seems really happy today," he mused to himself, completely oblivious to the fact that he was the reason for her happiness.

As Ash finished his breakfast, he couldn't shake the feeling of Leaf's unusual excitement. He glanced over at Gary, who was busy scrolling through his Pokédex, and couldn't resist sharing his thoughts.

"Hey, Gary, did you notice how excited Leaf seemed just now?" Ash asked, his brow furrowed in curiosity.

Gary looked up from his Pokédex, a knowing grin playing on his lips. "Yeah, she's been acting a little... different lately," he replied, his tone teasing.

Ash frowned, puzzled by Gary's cryptic response. "Different? What do you mean?" he pressed, eager to understand.

Gary chuckled, leaning back in his chair with a mischievous twinkle in his eye. "Maybe there might me something you wont know Ash " he teased, enjoying Ash's confusion.

Scratching his head in confusion. "I wonder what she meant by 'hang out'... Oh well, I guess I'll find out later."

Later that afternoon, Ash found himself strolling through the town with Leaf, enjoying the warm sunshine and the cheerful bustle of the streets. As they walked, Leaf couldn't help but steal glances at Ash, her heart racing with nervous excitement.

"So, Ash, what do you feel like doing?" Leaf asked, trying to sound casual despite the butterflies in her stomach.

Ash shrugged, his gaze wandering as he pondered the question. "I dunno, maybe we could check out the new Pokémon Center or grab a snack at the café?" he suggested, his tone light and easy.

"Sounds good to me!" Leaf replied, her smile widening at the prospect of spending more time with Ash.

As they made their way to the Pokémon Center, Leaf couldn't shake the feeling of anticipation that bubbled up inside her. She had been hoping for a chance to get to know Ash better, and now that they were alone together, she couldn't help but feel a surge of excitement.

Meanwhile, Ash was completely oblivious to the whirlwind of emotions swirling around Leaf. He was simply happy to be spending time with a friend, enjoying the simple pleasures of life in the company of someone he trusted and cared about.

As they entered the Pokémon Center, Ash and Leaf were greeted by the familiar sights and sounds of the bustling facility. After few minutes Leaf got an idea by which she can get to know Ash better.

"Hey, Ash, let's have a battle!" Leaf suggested suddenly, her eyes sparkling with excitement.

"A battle? Sure, why not?" Ash replied, a grin spreading across his face at the prospect of a friendly competition.

They made their way to the battle arena, where they prepared to face off against each other in a Pokémon battle. As they released their Pokémon onto the field, Leaf couldn't help but feel a surge of nervous energy coursing through her veins.

"Go, Bulbasaur!" Leaf called out, releasing her Grass-type Pokémon onto the battlefield.

"Alright, Pikachu, let's do this!" Ash exclaimed, releasing his Electric-type Pokémon with a confident grin.

The two friends faced each other with determination, their Pokémon ready to do battle. As the battle began, Leaf couldn't help but admire Ash's skill and strategy, even as she fought tooth and nail to emerge victorious.

As the battle raged on, Ash and Leaf exchanged playful banter and friendly jibes, their laughter filling the air as they enjoyed each other's company. Despite the fierce competition, there was an undeniable sense of camaraderie between them, a bond forged through shared experiences and mutual respect.

In the end, Ash emerged victorious, his Pikachu delivering the final blow with a powerful Thunderbolt that sent Leaf's Bulbasaur reeling. Despite her defeat, Leaf couldn't help but smile, her heart filled with gratitude for the chance to spend time with Ash.

They left the battlefield and continued their way down the street. Leaf glanced at Ash's hand and she was feeling it hard to control her urge to hold. Leaf finally gave in to her feelings and gently intertwined her fingers with Ash's hiding her face due to obvious reasons.

Ash looked at their hands, then at the leaf, and just smiled warmly, being as obvious as always. She felt a rush of warmth and comfort, her face turning red as they walked side by side, their hands fitting perfectly together.

As the sun dipped below the horizon, casting a warm glow over the city streets, Ash and Leaf decided to unwind at a nearby restaurant. The aroma of grilled delicacies filled the air as they settled into a cozy booth by the window.

"Wow, this place looks great," Ash remarked, scanning the menu with interest.

"Yeah, I heard they have the best burgers in town," Leaf replied, her eyes lighting up with excitement.

As they waited for their orders to arrive, they engaged in lively conversation, reminiscing about past adventures and sharing their hopes and dreams for the future.

"So, Ash, what's next on your journey to become a Pokémon Master?" Leaf asked, her curiosity piqued.

Ash shrugged, a playful grin on his face. "Who knows? Maybe I'll battle the best trainers in the world and become the very best. The possibilities are endless!"

Leaf smiled, admiring Ash's boundless optimism. "Well, whatever you decide, I'll be right there by your side," she said, her voice filled with sincerity. 'Always ....always'

Yeah you guessed right Ash didn't get the clue and thought it as the friendly gesture.

Their meals arrived, and they dug in with gusto, savoring each delicious bite. Between mouthfuls of food, they continued to chat and laugh, enjoying each other's company.

As they finished their meal and paid the bill, they left the restaurant with contented smiles, their bond stronger than ever. With the night still young.

As they walked few blocks from the restaurant, Ash turned to Leaf with a smile. "Thanks for hanging out with me today, Leaf. I had a lot of fun," he said, his voice warm and sincere.

"Me too, Ash. It was great spending time with you," Leaf replied, her cheeks flushing with happiness.

And as they walked home together, the warm glow of the setting sun casting a golden light over the town, Leaf couldn't help but feel grateful for moments like these – moments spent with a friend who made her heart feel lighter and her smile a little brighter.
