AHHH, this stupid heart of mine!!

As I reached inside my chamber, I couldn't help but think of her. Her face kept coming infront of my eyes.

I layed on the bed while holding my heart which was beating fast at a speed of thunder!

Oh...how I love this feeling!

I was engrossed in my pool of thoughts when my thoughts broke, as I heard a knock on my door.

"Come in!" I said while getting up from the bed. There she was, the woman I loved the most, "Maa!" The words slipped out of my mouth on seeing her.

She warmly smiled at me, gesturing me to sit, while I nodded in response, sitting down. She too sat beside me and without thinking twice, I placed my head in her lap.

My real home!

She caressed my hair while i closed my eyes feeling her warm touch. Ater a moment of silence between us, maa spoke, "aap unhe pasand krte hai?" Maa asked and my eyes wide opened looking at the huge ceiling above.

My eyes move at maa, who seemed to notice my expressions now laughed. "Kinhe?" I said, playing along.

She shook her in a no, while slowly blinking her eyes at me in understanding. "Change krke khane ke liye aajaiye. Sabh intezar kr rahe hai aapka!" She calmly said, changing the topic. I just nodded getting up.

I took out my clothes from the wardrobe and went to change while maa also went out. And all this time we didn't exchange a word.

"Sahi kehte hai, maa ko sabh pata hota hai!" I smiled to myself at my own thought and finally went to change.

After freshening up, I went to the dining room. And as I reached there, I saw dada-saa, dadi-saa, maa, baba, chacha-saa and chachi-saa along with the kids already settled on their respective seats.

I went near the adults touching their feets and getting their blessings.
Afterwards I went to the head seat where only the current ruiling king can sit.

The staff started to serve us the food. While eating it was silent but dadi-saa broke the silence by her words.

"Humne Abhimanyu ke liye ladki pasand kar li hai!" My eyes widened in shock and dis-belief.

No way to hell, I'll marry any other girl who's not Araavi!

Everybody looked at dadi-saa shocked. But I acted as if I don't care. I want to know who she is and until then only I will speak.

"Par vo hai kaun maa-sa?" Baba-saa asked while looking back and forth between me and dadi-saa.

I looked at maa who seemed to not care about the conversation going on, as if she knows who that girl is!

Dadi-saa smiled and the next words leaving her mouth were surreal to my ears.

"Sudheen aur Rashmi ki badi beti, Araavi!" My heart beat fastened. No way to hell!

My heart started dancing in happiness!

No way, am I dreaming.

I finally looked up to see dadi-saa already looking at my surprised face, feeling my happiness, her smile widened.

Feeling a mix of emotions in my heart I looked down at the food placed in my plate, not meeting her eyes.

"Par aapko apna faisla btane se pehle ek dafa veer se puch lena chahiye tha." Dada-saa said looking at dadi-saa concerned.
