Navigating Daily Shadows

In the stillness of the morning light,
I awaken to a world of slight.
Where whispers of the wind feel too strong,
And every step feels twice as long.

My heart beats softly, a gentle drum,
Amidst the fog, my thoughts succumb.
Dizzy spells and fleeting breath,
Navigating through the haze of depth.

Going pale as the world spins around,
Faint echoes of a familiar sound.
Struggling to remember when I return,
From the depths where consciousness yearns.

Daily struggles paint a portrait clear,
Of a life lived in constant fear.
Simple tasks become a test,
In this battle, I do my best.

In moments lost, I drift away,
Into the void where shadows play.
Fighting to hold onto the light,
As darkness falls, and I take flight.

But in public, when fainting spells occur,
Embarrassment ignites, a fierce inferno's stir.
The eyes that watch, the whispers heard,
A silent plea for understanding, a silent word.

Anxiety grips with a relentless hand,
As uncertainty floods this fragile land.
Each heartbeat a drum in the anxious night,
A symphony of fear, a silent fight.

Wanting others to grasp this unseen fight,
Yet words fail in the absence of light.
A yearning for empathy, a longing to explain,
But the depth of this struggle, they cannot attain.

The world moves on at a brisker pace,
While I navigate this delicate space.
Hypotension's grip, a silent weight,
Yet still, I rise to meet my fate.

With strength and grace, I face each day,
In a world where shadows softly sway.
For though my heart may beat with less might,
It pulses on, a steady light.
