Depending on how you command either through Respect or Fear will effect things such as Morale, Loyalty, and your Prestige.

However considering the world this has been set into, alot of your actions may have dire consequences even if it's something small.
Further more, the Ending may not be so pleasant if even if you do survive long enough to reach some form of resolution in their conflict.

Game would probably be a real time RTS set on the Rose Engine, the perspective would make sense considering the character you're controlling pretty much has psionic powers.
Heavy emphasis on replaceable units, with Evacs being optional to winning conflicts. Bullets being more of a valued resource than anything in the resource stealing game of War.
Sadly meat piles can't be reconstituted into meat bullets.
